"Can you buy me that plushie, Ollie?"It started off well enough. Ed Winchester's brother and sister in law happened to be coming through North Carolina on their way to South Carolina and wanted to do a bit of catching up. Oliver couldn't blame them, and was even somewhat happy to see Uncle Barry and Aunt Samantha. He was happy to see his little cousin, Kristy, especially the six year old showed off her ability to read. It was all fine and dandy until Oliver was elected to play babysitter. Ed, Judy, Barry, and Samantha decided that they wanted to spend some time together doing 'grown up things' (specified as such because of Kristy's presence, though both Oliver and Cindy were well aware that this likely meant some quality time spent at the Happy Cacti). It was between Oliver and Cindy to decide who would watch the delightful six year old visitor...and it was at this vital moment that Cindy declared that she had a date, and the coveted job was foisted upon Oliver. It wasn't so much that he entirely minded the job, just that he wasn't given much of a choice in the matter. He'd opted to head into town with Kristy, since it was a nice day (and he didn't want her to touch anything in his room and break it), asking her where she wanted to go. She was quick to suggest the book store, since she could read now! Oliver couldn't help but grin and grabbed the six year old by the hand as he steered her into the bookstore. "No Kristy, you can't have a plushie. We're here for a book, remember?" "Can I get a plushie and a book?""You just said you wanted a book..." He and Kristy continued toward the children's section. Once the two reached the border, Kristy slipped out of Oliver's grip and went running. Oliver didn't bother to chase after, simply grinning as Kristy instantly went over to the 'easy reader' section, tracing her fingers over the covers and appearing to be reading each title out loud. Oliver decided to take his sweet time in making his way over there. By the time he was in earshot, he received confirmation that Kristy was indeed showing off her massive skill in reading the covers of all the books. "Joan of Arc. George Wash-ing-ton. Wil-bur and Or-ville Wright."Oliver had to resist the urge to facepalm. She was going over the children's history books. He decided to distract her with a question. "Find anything you want yet?" Kristy nodded and pointed to the books directly in front of her. Oliver let out a sigh. "Which one?" Dare he hope it would be the George Washington one, seeing as he hadn't come across Washington's reincarnation yet? "I dunno..." The six year old proceeded to do eenie meenie minie moe on the books, pointing her finger to each book at each word. She stopped at "moe" picking up...you guessed it. "Wil-bur and Or-ville Wright." The little girl sounded out again. Her cousin, meanwhile, looked ahead, with an expression that could only be described as 'why me?'. He grabbed an oblivious and excited Kristy by the hand and the two started walking back toward the front. Of all the books in all of the book stores in all of Riverdale (which, to be fair, wasn't that large)...she had to pick that one. "Orville Wright. He's the guy on the popcorn box, isn't he?""NO." The response from Oliver was so pronounced that Kristy jumped a little, staring down at her book and falling into silence. Oliver, meanwhile, relished this silence. He knew none of this was Kristy's fault, but who could blame him for being annoyed after all the Redenbacher jokes that came his way? Sure, he had a sense of humor, but it could only go so far... And, apparently, Kristy's ability to keep silent could only go so far as well. "Wilbur has a shiny head."Oliver cracked a smile at this. "He does, doesn't he? So shiny that he probably uses pine sol on it. You know, like those commercials? I can't see how else he would get that head so shiny." That's it. Get the subject off of himself. He felt relieved already. Maybe Kristy choosing this book wouldn't be so bad after all. Maybe he could even read it with her...not exactly sharing the events as he remembered them, as that would be a bit too odd, but answering any questions that she might have. Other than Nate, he was the best person to ask on these matters. "Orville has a funny moustache."Oliver's smile slipped off of his face at once as he let out another exasperated sigh. "No, he doesn't. That sort of moustache was popular during that time period. It's just a sign of the times." "I still think it looks funny."They were almost to the front. They were almost home free. Just a few steps more now... "Hey, doesn't Orville have a funny moustache?"Oliver turned around at once, only to look on in horror as Kristy was holding up her book for someone else, asking their input on the matter. And that someone else happened to be someone he knew from Riverdale High... "Kids say the darndest things, hmm?" Oliver responded, strangled sounding laugh and all. Word count: 960 To: Open! But she won't discover that it's him, 'til chapter three… JUSTICE LOGAN ==================================== Justice Logan in a book store was perfectly normal. He was an artist, a Disney Artist no less, with an overly extensive collection of Disney Merchandise. He always had Disney this and Disney that, including picture books, drawing books, graphic novels, anime (in the case of Kingdom Hearts) and just about everything else. Of course, this also meant he checked the book store frequently for any Disney Merchandise he didn’t already have. And sometimes, if he was lucky, he would find another book he was interested in reading.
Having wandered through the store quite thoroughly, Justice had a book bag full of Disney based books. Where he got all the money was often a mystery, but everything Justice made went toward Disney this or that. It probably helped that he was the Walt Disney in his previous life, but his obsession was more like his way of connecting to the past he remembered. And as a result he had just about anything that allowed him to touch the past.
Naturally, he was never surprised to run into anyone in a place as small as Riverdale. It wasn’t exactly the mammoth of cities. But this instance was something he would remember for some time to come. Being into Disney he often found himself in the children’s section and his current set of clothes suggested he may even belong there. So it was a wonder he hadn’t run into them sooner, but near enough to the door it seemed that fate wanted a collision. And one that left one Orville Wright in a wonderful place to be teased. But the little girl in front of him was unknown to him but the answer was an easy one.
”I have to agree with you. Orville does have a funny moustache. And it may have been stylish back then but I bet if he looked back he’d realize how silly that moustache looked, wouldn’t he?”
he asked, directing the question more at Oliver of course. Justice had once had a moustache in his previous life. He liked to think it had been a tasteful one, and it was one he intended never to have again. It seemed like a bad idea to dye a moustache blue after all. Justice smiled deviously back at Oliver, tucking the goofy ears behind his back. ”They also tend to speak the blatant truth without care for the consequences.” Justice told Oliver back, seeing as most of the ‘darndest things’ that kids said were simply the truth as they perceived it. Oliver was actually a little luckier than he would have though, having run into Justice. Who better to help baby sit a kid than Walt Disney, an animator of children’s stories and full of plenty of patience for kids. Justice loved kids and that would never change. It was something engraved in him. It had made his world once, and it had also gone so far as to make him rich once. Justice was perfect with kids and he knew just the right ways to humour them, but also of course to entertain them. An entertained kid was a good and well behaved kid after all.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ==================================== •• Tag • Oliver Winchester •• •• Words • 528 •• •• Outfit • CLICK •• •• Lyrics • "Belle" From Beauty and the Beast ••

Oliver let out a small sigh of relief when he realized that it was only Justice that he'd run into. He knew that he would be teased, yes - but he could handle it coming from Justice. He could handle it from most people, to be honest. It was the idea of running into someone like Errol or Tamara that had him worried. Or Bathory or Jack the Ripper, for that matter. There were plenty of people that he didn't want much, if anything to do with, but Justice was one of his good friends. Orville Wright and Walt Disney actually turned out to have quite a bit in common. Go figure. Justice's response was expected, though still resulted in a raised eyebrow and a 'seriously?' look from Oliver. "Looking back, yes, I imagine he would feel that way. In fact, there's proof. If you look at later pictures of him, he loses the moustache. That said, he also loses most of the hair on his head, so that might not be entirely by choice..." Oliver grinned at this point, showing that he could poke fun at himself pretty easily, provided that he was in the right mood for it. It depended on company and mood, really. Honestly, with Walt Disney reincarnated standing in front of him wearing a prominently displayed Goofy hat complete with ears and all? It would be next to impossible for him to remain too annoyed if he even tried. The effects of Justice's get-up were evident on Kristy as well. Her eyes visibly widened as she took in the colorful display directly in front of her. The blue hair. The lime green hat. The darker green pants. The shirt with Goofy prominently displayed on it. The ears coming from the hat. Kristy was alight with childish wonder. "Are you supposed to be Goofy?" She asked, knowing well enough at this point that the teenager before her was not actually Goofy (for one thing, he did not have Goofy's face), though she could tell that he was obviously dressed in the same fashion. She was delighted. "Ollie, does he build things too?" Kristy asked, pointing to Justice. She then spoke to Justice. "Ollie says he learns how to build all sorts of things at school. He's built some toys for me before. I want to learn how to do that. All they show us how to make is picture frames and stuff with beads."Oliver turned a light shade of red at this. The learning how to build things in school was, of course, a white lie, and he had a feeling that Justice would see right through it as well. Justice's words rang out clear, and seemed quite fitting given the entire situation. "They do, don't they? I think that's both a blessing and a curse." Both now and in the past. Oliver's penchant for making comments when he was Kristy's age led to trouble on more than one occasion. Chances were, of course, that Kristy was not a reincarnate, so she would never need to worry about such things. Still, he knew that he would have to be careful of what to say around her. Oliver did consider himself lucky. Having Justice there would make entertaining Kristy that much easier. Oliver liked children, there was no doubt about that, but even he had his limits, and he was still a bit bitter that this was foisted upon him with no other choice. It was the principle of the thing more than anyone else. Plus, there wasn't much that he could do at the moment. He could entertain children if he wanted to, but most of his methods of entertaining were in ways he did not feel comfortable doing in this life. He couldn't build anything at the moment, as he did not have the proper materials and was in an environment that Errol and Tamara could enter at any moment and send the whole thing sky high. He liked cooking sweets for the kids in his life, but he couldn't very well do that out and about either. He'd gone out for a book to humor Kristy, and now Kristy was finding sources of humor at his expense. It was a little frustrating, but he would have to cope. Oliver looked down at Kristy and grinned. "You can read the book to us at some point if you want." Oliver looked at Justice with a large grin. "My cousin, Kristy, just learned how to read." Kristy beamed, and Oliver smiled. That was his intended effect. Though his grin was a bit wistful as Kristy's features blurred in his mind's eyes with those of his nieces Ivonette and Leontine... Word count: 811 To: Open! But she won't discover that it's him, 'til chapter three… JUSTICE LOGAN ==================================== Justice was light hearted in his teasing and he only teased Oliver because he knew his friend could take it. That and Oliver could make as many jokes as he wanted to tease Justice and it was all good. It was all light-hearted fun and Oliver knew Justice didn’t have a vicious bone in his body…well except the one against Hayden but that was a different matter entirely. That vicious bone was his middle finger…but hey, what could you do…oh and for a while there his fist was a vicious set of bones in his body…but like I said, entirely different story.
”That is true, he did remove the stash later.”
Justice agreed. He hadn’t been so familiar with the Wright brothers before RSOR. But being in RSOR meant looking into the backgrounds of certain people…aka researching historical figures; photos, books, stories, pasts, anything you could find. It helped to understand the people you were around all the time and allowed Justice to be aware of sensitivities. Like…Fire and Joan of Arc…certain subjects relating the two was not a good idea. Or even simply certain people who messed with other RSOR members in the past…there were different circumstances. ”Hey, the bald look works for some people…” Justice added in response to the second part of what Oliver had said. Part of that defensiveness was probably to do with Justice’s baldness in his first life. Something he hoped to avoid in this life…if possible. Justice was grinning widely in amusement through what he had said of course, seeing as he saw the humour in it for both him and Oliver. Justice smiled at the younger girl, he couldn’t help himself. ”That’s the idea…I am glad you noticed!” Justice answered, sending a momentary smile to Oliver. ”Though, I think Goofy has a bigger nose than I do.” Justice commented, poking his nose as he said so. ”What do you think?” Justice asked with a wide grin. Hearing the next part Justice couldn’t help but smile. Justice was amused to hear Oliver’s excuse of where he learned to build things. He could understand the need for the cover-up for the child but when she got older it may cause him some problems. He would need a better excuse. ”I don’t build things quite like Ollie. But I draw things and design things, so Ollie can build them!” Justice explained as best he could. Sure it was a bit of a white lie too, but he could draw characters with wings and him and Oliver had made a plane model of the bird from A Bugs Life after all. ”But I hear there are so many nice things you can make with beads!” Justice protested. ”Who needs to build things when you can make awesome things with beads. And what would I do with my pictures without picture frames?” Justice asked, appearing genuinely concerned for his pictures not having frames. Justice only nodded his agreement to the mention of the blessing and curse of children. He didn’t want to say anything that the girl would understand and take offense too. If anything, Justice had learned in his first life that children were always smarter than they came across as to the eyes of adults. ”I’d definitely like to hear what the book says.” Justice said with a wide smile. He could tell this was something the girl wanted to hear so it was easy to humour her. He turned his attentions back to Oliver a moment as the introduction was made. ”Really? Well nice to meet you Kristy, my name is Justice…You must be really awesome to have learned how to read. Would you like to go to the comfy chairs and read me the story you just got? It sounds like a good one.” Justice asked, giving Oliver a knowing smile. Justice knew Oliver was okay with kids, but who better to entertain a child than Justice. He had made an entire company and career out of entertaining children, and his company was well known amongst children everywhere now. He loved kids and he found them refreshing. Children didn’t lie, play mind games or have a hint of evil in them…well…most children didn’t. ”Of course, only if Ollie says it’s okay…” Justice added with a smile. Justice was having his own problems interacting with Kristy. He had two lovely daughters in his first life. Diane was his sweet baby girl and he remembered raising her in his life and he quite missed her. She was still alive today and that ate at Justice over and over. It was hard to imagine his little girl as an old woman, and him as a young teenager. It just felt wrong and Justice had to keep reminding himself to put it behind him. He couldn’t very much approach her and say “Diane….I am your father”. And then there was his beautiful Sharon. Lillian and Walt had adopted her when she was just a baby and as far as Justice was concerned, she was just as much his as Diane. He made no distinction because they were both his daughters and blood meant nothing to him. Sharon was his baby girl and his heart still ached to think she was dead and he would never see or hear from her again. He still wasn’t sure what was worse. Knowing his baby girl Sharon was dead, or knowing his other baby girl Diane wasn’t and that he could never see her. Not to mention all the grand kids! Justice had been around for some of them early on. But not all of them. He now had 13 grandchildren. None of which he would ever talk to or get to know again. Not like family. And it really did suck. Some other reincarnates understood Justice’s pain but not many. A lot of them had died so long ago, no one they knew still lived today. Family did sure, but it was more distant than simply a generation or two. Justice didn’t talk about it either, so most didn’t even think about what he had to deal with. He was pretty sure it went unnoticed to everyone. More were aware of the issues he had dealing with the grief his dead wife caused him…but not that of his children. In fact, other than that, Justice dealt with being a reincarnate quite well.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ==================================== •• Tag • Oliver Winchester •• •• Words • 1062 •• •• Outfit • CLICK •• •• Lyrics • "Belle" From Beauty and the Beast ••

Oliver could definitely take this light hearted teasing. The best part was, no one other than Justice and Oliver (and any other RSOR member who might be listening in) would even realize that there was any banter going on. RSOR was chock full of inside jokes. Sure enough, Kristy failed to realize that Justice and Oliver were in fact talking about Oliver in his past life, and simple regarded the conversation with interest. "It does work for some people. I'm just saying if you can't grow hair on your head you might not be able to grow it on your face either." Oliver let out a laugh, then wore a strange grin that showed that he knew more of what was going on than he was letting on. He liked that Kristy was thoroughly amused by Justice, and it was only partially because it distracted her from making unintentional references that made him slightly uncomfortable. To Justice's question about his nose, Oliver nodded. Kristy, on the other hand, furrowed her brow, as if she was seriously considering it. Then, she nodded as well. "Yeah, Goofy's nose is a lot bigger. But he's supposed to be a dog. Dogs have bigger noses." The six year old seemed proud that to have this knowledge. Then Justice mentioned that he drew things. "You draw things? And Oliver builds them? That's really cool! I wanna take that class when I go to high school!" The fact that Oliver and Justice did this sort of thing in their spare time was completely lost on Kristy, who was still basing her thoughts on the matter on what Oliver told her about building things for class. Fortunately, there actually were classes like the aforementioned, so even when Kristy grew older she probably would not realize the true extent of what Oliver and Justice were telling her. Oliver raised an eyebrow as Justice changed the conversation to beads. He knew that Justice was simply trying to make conversation for Kristy, but his comment about building things sent Oliver on the defensive. "Well, you still need to build things. The world would be a much different place if people didn't build things." Realizing that he'd grown perhaps a bit too defensive over something small (yet something that impacted him greatly), he then grinned. "Still, everyone has different things that they enjoy. For example, Justice drew a picture of a bird and I built a mechanical model of it. We could show you some time, if you want." Well, it would probably be Oliver who did the showing, considering. The freshman was a tad reluctant to have Kristy read the book in the store, but in the end decided that it would probably be better if Kristy read it sooner rather than later. Plus he knew that with all the attention the book was receiving, Kristy would very much want to show off how well she could read to Justice. As expected, Kristy looked at him with wide, expectant eyes, and Oliver couldn't help but smile. Ah, children. He always had been better at entertaining them than Will, and, in all honesty, more comfortable with them than with adults sometimes. "Yeah, that's fine. I'm curious to see what that book has to say too." Kristy was clearly pleased with this outcome. "Let's go! I can read it just as well as the teacher does." She admired her teacher's ability to read in front of the class, and intended to mimic what the teacher did while reading when she read to her cousin and his friend from school. She practically skipped to the 'comfy chairs', a small section of chairs located near the children's section, and hopped into a seat. Oliver took a seat next to her, holding his hands together, hoping that there was nothing too crazy in that book. Kristy, meanwhile, opened the book to the first page. "Wilbur Wright was born on April 16, 1867. His brother, Orville, was born on August 19, 1871. Wilbur and Orville had two older brothers. R...R...""Reuchlin and Lorin." Oliver provided helpfully, though it was noteworthy that he was not even looking at the words Kristy was reading as he said this. Kristy, in the middle of reading, thankfully failed to notice this. "Roosh-lin and Lauren. Isn't Lauren a girl's name?"By this point Oliver looked as though he was fit to burst with laughter. "Lauren is. Lorin isn't. The two names sound a bit different, if you say them. Laaaaaaauren. Looooorin." "Laaaaaaaaaaauren. Loooooooorin.""Good, you got it!" He looked over at Justice with a grin, resisting the urge he had to shake his head. He had a feeling this was going to be a long reading. But she won't discover that it's him, 'til chapter three… JUSTICE LOGAN ==================================== Justice loved the inside jokes that came with being a member of RSOR. He wondered how people in the school managed without being in RSOR sometimes too. He understood it must suck to not know the secret but it was kind of fun having a ton of inside jokes within a smaller community of people. Especially, people with varying skills and from varying time periods. Though, some of them, like Leila and Raven, needed to be removed permanently and in ways completely illegal in today’s world. Or they needed to be caught and tried for murder now, but that meant someone dying other than them and Justice wasn’t sure he wanted to see that.
”I hear you there…let’s hope we never have those problems.”
Justice offered with a wide grin. Justice was finding it nice to have run into Oliver. Then again, him and Oliver clicked well. They were both well-known creators and had similar personalities that ranged in a neutral area. They were not nasty, but they were smart enough to avoid people who were. It was nice to have someone around knowing the secret too, so Justice tended to stick within RSOR for his friends…not because he hated normal people, but because it was hard for him to keep a secret from a friend. Especially, when the secret was this big. ”That he is…But don’t you ever wonder why a dog is walking a dog on a leash?! I’ve always wondered that…” Justice mused, his attention back on Kristy. He let his tone show he was impressed by her knowledge, even though it wasn’t that amazing a thing to know. As for the other comment, he was making it about Pluto of course. Justice knew the real answer was that Goofy started out as a human character by a different name before becoming Goofy. As a result he was later morphed into a dog, despite Pluto’s being a dog as well. Justice let the topic of their school classes rest. It was hard to explain to a child that you enjoyed doing things that constituted work outside of school. A lot of kids wouldn’t understand and it was also a topic that it was hard to be honest about. Justice wasn’t completely sure how Oliver would handle the questions as the girl got older, but that wasn’t his problem for the moment and if the need came he would help where he could. Justice watched as Oliver got defensive over his remark. ”Yes, we do need to build things too, but I love beading too!” Justice gave Oliver a look that said ‘humour her!’ He then smiled at Oliver’s suggestion of them showing the bird. ”Yes, that would be a good thing to show her.” Justice turned to Kristy and added ”It’s really cool! It’s like a remote control plane, only a bird instead.” He explained, an amused expression on his face as he glanced back up at Oliver. Justice was amused to see Oliver cave to the girl. Of course, he figured his friend would as this gave a small break from the girl, in a way, so that Justice could entertain her a bit. Or more directly she would read to them. ”The chairs are over there…” Justice offered, amused that the girl was so excited over something so simple. Children really were amazing…so simple, honest and happy. That was why Justice loved kids after all. Justice followed and took the seat opposite Oliver, but beside Kristy so he could better see the book. The girl was really excited and the comment about her teacher had amused Justice. ”That is quite impressive. Teachers have very good reading skills…” Justice humoured her. Justice noted the lapse Oliver made and it just fuelled his amusement. Justice had done some research on the Wright Brothers after connecting with Oliver and becoming friends. He knew the basic information but not blatant details. But all of it was very familiar to him in the least. ”That’s a lot of brothers…” Justice offered, sounding impressed. Justice let OIiver explain the name complication. Lorin was a much older name and not frequently used anymore. So it was understandable that Kristy was a bit thrown off by the name. Justice shrugged back to Oliver after the head shake. ” I want to know more about Orville. Please keep reading…” Justice commented with a devious look at Oliver.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ==================================== •• Tag • Oliver Winchester •• •• Words • 733 •• •• Outfit • CLICK •• •• Lyrics • "Belle" From Beauty and the Beast ••

While the inside jokes were fun, Oliver did feel a little bad for leaving Kristy out of the whole thing. Fortunately, Kristy wasn't all that phased. Her mind was on other things. Showing exactly how well she could read, for example, and wondering where Justice found his Goofy ears. In fact, she voiced her curiosity about the latter. "Where'd you get those ears? The Disney Store?" Oliver, meanwhile, exchanged yet another knowing grin with Justice. "Yes, well, I'm sure we'll take it in stride if we do." Oliver hadn't been that upset when he went bald in his past life. It was sort of expected, really. His older brothers went bald before him, and he knew it was only a matter of time before the "curse" hit him. Genetics might be kinder to him this time around, however. His father's hair was only thinning out slightly at the top, and he was in his forties. Wilbur's hair was all but gone by the time he was thirty. Yay genetics? Kristy's eyes widened as Justice posed what she believed was a very good question. "I never thought about that! Are Goofy and Pluto related?" It was a question that made sense to the six year old, seeing as they were both dogs. She didn't understand the evolution of the character, and why would she? She was only six. It wasn't as though she'd looked up the history of Disney animation, she just saw the cartoons and was entertained thoroughly. That said, her question was posed to the most appropriate person to inquire to about Disney lore... "I'll show you the bird when we get back to the house, okay Kristy? If your mom and dad aren't home by then, anyway." Even then, Kristy's family had come out to stay for a few days, so Oliver could probably still show his cousin the bird. Oliver couldn't help but smile at Justice's attempts at humoring Kristy, which Kristy responded to positively. "That is a lot of brothers! I wonder what having a brother is like?" She mused out loud, not really expecting anyone to answer her question but wondering nonetheless. This made her kind of want a baby brother. She would ask her parents about that later. Oliver, meanwhile, simply smiled knowingly. He only had a sister in this life, so he couldn't say what was really going through his mind. However, he did shoot Justice a look when the other young man prodded Kristy along, saying that he wanted to know more about Orville. Yeah, that was a jab at him. Oliver knew it. "Their mother, Susan Wright, taught her children how to use tools and fix things. They learned to cook and sew too." Kristy beamed, realizing that she'd read every word of that without one error, then continued. This next part proved a bit challenging. "Their father, Milton Wright, was a min...mister?" She looked at both high schoolers and pointed to the word "minister" on the page, silently asking either of them for help on the pronunciation. Oliver stepped up to the plate once more. "Minister. Like the guy who stands up in front when you're at church and talks a lot." Kristy smiled in thanks, but was back to imploring her cousin for help soon after. "in the United..Bre...breathing church?" Oliver couldn't help but smile. "Brethren." He couldn't help but think that Kristy might have picked a book a bit too challenging for her age group, but decided not to say anything about it. Probably the right thing to do, as she continued to read without a hitch for the next few moments. On the next page, though, she came across another word that she had a hard time pronouncing. "Orv and Will built new and better heli...heli...""Bat." Oliver responded in a nonchalant tone, prompting a confused look from his cousin that Oliver failed to notice until he realized that Kristy stopped reading. The error he made hit him, and though he was highly tempted to do a facepalm, he decided to explain himself to the best of his ability. "Wilbur and Orville couldn't pronounce that word when they were kids either. So they called it a bat. I had to do a project on them in the sixth grade." He smiled at Kristy, meeting her eyes on this, as he wasn't lying. He did have to do a project on his past life in sixth grade. It was how he'd figured out he was a reincarnate in the first place. Yay for built in excuses? He wasn't so sure he wanted to look at Justice, who he was sure would probably shoot him a look for making such a slip. He knew Isa would if she was there. "Orv even fiddled with one at school. He told his teacher he was making a flying machine. He might even build one big enough for him to fly in!" By this point, Kristy was giggling, and Oliver was turning a slight shade of red, knowing that everything about that paragraph still applied to him, and just knowing that Justice would probably have a comment about that, if Kristy did not. But she won't discover that it's him, 'til chapter three… JUSTICE LOGAN ==================================== Justice didn’t think twice about how the girl would handle the inside jokes passing between him and Oliver. Children only heard the surface not the underlying message. He knew that plain and clear, having dealt with two daughters, many grand kids and then all the other kids who he had entertained in his life time. Well, more directly the ones he entertained in person. Justice was a person who loved children and part of their purity was not reading into anything.
”I bet you are too smart to believe I grew them, huh?”
He answered to Kristy with a knowing smile. ”Actually, I got them at Disney land. Though, I bet the Disney Store does have them.” Justice admitted with the same knowing smile. He had purchased them on his first visit to Disney Land. Now that was a while ago, and he had been just as fanatical about it then. He had spent all his spending money, whatever he could get from his Grandma and his parents, but also he had tapped into the money Sylent hadn’t spent during that visit and paid her back with his allowances later. ”I think I should be good, unless all this dying kills my hair.” Justice told Oliver with a grin. He had been bald for a long time before his death in the first life. This life, his father had a slightly receding hair line, but not too bad and that meant Justice should be alright. Justice hadn’t really cared then, and though he cared a bit more now, he wasn’t going to have a fit when it inevitably started happening to him. Though, what hair he did have he was going to keep dying blue. He’d be that old guy with the blue hair that everyone remembers walking down the street. ”I don’t think so…But if they are Pluto must be Goofy’s distant cousin. Or maybe Goofy’s sister married Pluto’s brother and they became related like that?” He offered, not giving the true answer as it would just confuse the girl. Though, he did love her take on the question that had baffled Disney fans for some time. There were still discussions about that topic today. Justice beamed when Oliver said he would show Kristy the bird. He wondered if Oliver still had the sketches too, as he was pretty sure he hadn’t reacquired them. And to be honest, he had enough sketches kicking around that he really didn’t need one more. ”Hey, did you keep the sketches too? I am pretty sure I left them with you. Could be cool to show her those too,” he added with a grin. Justice let a playful smile onto his face as Kristy mused about having brothers. ”Well, I happen to have one and his name is Journey. And he is annoying, always getting into my stuff and he tends to pester me all the time. But I love him for it…though he could leave my stuff alone and I wouldn’t complain.” Justice explained with another wide grin. The playful smile remained as Justice met Oliver’s eyes as his jibe hit home. Naturally it was awkward for any of the RSOR to hear about themselves after the fact. Especially when it was from someone who they couldn’t tell the truth to. Justice was more than happy to lead the conversation that way all the same though and for his own amusement. And when Kristy couldn’t work out what the Wright’s father’s job was, he looked intently at the page before giving Kristy a look that appeared confused and acted like he wasn’t sure what it said. He was letting her appear the smart one with the reading and it also gave Oliver a reason to respond. Justice was getting more amusement out of the interaction with Kristy and Oliver. Though, he really couldn’t ignore the next slip up. Justice gave Oliver a look of confusion in case Kristy noticed it but it was also laced with a warning. He had slipped up on occasion himself, but most of the time it was easier for him to cover it up than most of RSOR. After all, any major or hard core Disney fan could regurgitate anything about Walt Disney’s life if they had read the right materials. Though, Oliver’s excuse would work for Kristy since she was a child, it wasn’t something that many adults would buy that was for sure. Justice turned his focus back to the book and Kristy. Hearing the part about the flying machine amused Justice. ”I bet his teacher thought he was crazy. People didn’t fly back then…” he commented to Kristy. ”Would you fly in the first ‘flying machine’? He asked, directing the question at both of them and also using the terms the book had used for the first plane.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ==================================== •• Tag • Oliver Winchester •• •• Words • 804 •• •• Outfit • CLICK •• •• Lyrics • "Belle" From Beauty and the Beast ••

Oliver was happy to see that Kristy just continued to smile and take things at face value. It was so much easier than having her ask questions at everything they said. The more questions they asked, the more of a chance he'd slip up and say something that would make Kristy look at him funny and bring it up to his parents and her parents. What would Ed and Judy say then? He'd supposedly grown out of this 'phase' when he was around Kristy's age. Kristy beamed when Justice called her smart. "I've seen them at the Disney Store. That's how I knew." The Disney Store had a lot of merchandise that she wanted to buy. She wanted some of those ears herself. When she heard that Justice bought the ears at Disney Land instead, her eyes widened nearly into circles. "I wanna go to Disney Land! Or Disney World. They both sound fun! Have you been to both?"Oliver, meanwhile, looked almost relieved. The subject was on Disney at the moment, which therefore meant that it was on Justice. Granted, it wasn't getting as into depth as their discussing on the Wright brothers was (only because Kristy was reading that book), but it was nice to have the subject off of him for a change. He relished in it, though decided to keep quiet. He knew the subject would come back to Kristy's book soon enough. That said, he wouldn't entirely mind going to Disney Land or Disney World with her either... He grinned as Justice offered an explanation of Goofy and Pluto. He raised an eyebrow at Justice as if to ask 'is that really what happened?' as Justice would know better than anyone. Then he looked down at Kristy, who seemed to be seriously considering the explanation. "That could be it..." It was finally Oliver's turn to speak when Justice questioned him about the sketches. "Yes, I still have them. I've added a few touches on it to improve the aerodynamics." Oliver couldn't help but hope that there were no examples of his handwriting in the book that Kristy was reading, as Kristy might note that Orville Wright's handwriting was very much similar to her cousin's. Then a whole different problem would present itself. Oliver let out a small sigh of relief when Justice explained about his brother, Journey. Oliver had met the boy once before, at work. He'd been on a shopping trip with Sylent. He could see the similarities between Justice and Journey, at least where looks were concerned, although of course Journey did not have the blue hair. Yet. Kristy, meanwhile, had to address this at once. "Does he have blue hair too?" Both she and Oliver had brown hair, after all. Though Cindy's hair was different than hers and Oliver, so not all family members always had the same hair color. Still, it was worth an ask. Oliver, meanwhile, chuckled. Oliver spotted the look that Justice shot him, and glanced back down at the book that Kristy was reading, the words blurring together on the pages as his mind was on other things. He did catch the pictures of himself and Wilbur as young boys on the page, and he closed his eyes as he recalled the day those pictures were taken. His eyes shot back open at 'I bet his teacher thought he was crazy'. The smile that was on his face was replaced by a frown, then a puzzled expression as Justice asked Kristy if she would fly in the first flying machine. He suddenly became more fascinated with his watch, playing around with the buttons on it before hearing an excited Yes! from Kristy. Suddenly, Oliver looked away from his watch. "I don't think they would have let you on there at first, though. Maybe after they flew on it for a few years, to make sure they worked all of the kinks out. They wouldn't take a little girl up unless they were sure it was safe for her." He smiled and reached over, squeezing Kristy on the shoulder as Kristy continued to grin. Oliver, meanwhile, had a faraway look in his eyes as he thought about the first time that he took three of his nieces up. He indeed waiting until he considered it safe enough to take them up, and the girls, by then in their early teens, were thrilled. This whole experience was bittersweet to Oliver, and though he wasn't sure what would come next, he prodded Kristy to continue reading. Kristy, of course, obliged, having no problem with this. She'd only messed up on a few words after all! "Will teased Orv when he said words the wrong way. He made Kate cry by making faces at her." Kristy frowned, looking up from the book. "That seems kinda mean..."Oliver, meanwhile, was laughing. "No, Kristy, that's called having a sibling." He was partially laughing at Kristy's innocence when it came to sibling rivalry...but moreso laughing at the fact that Wilbur's transgressions didn't go completely unaddressed by Orville. While Oliver's memories of the incidents were not all that clear (owing to the fact that he'd been only three or four at the time they happened), he knew that on at least one occasion, he'd gone after Wilbur with a rock. Kristy continued. "Orv mostly wanted to tinker - to take things apart and put them back together." She giggled at once, looking directly at Oliver. "He sounds like you!" Oliver, meanwhile, chuckled nervously. "He kind of does, doesn't he?" He hoped this would be sufficient enough to play Kristy off. Would Kristy really suspect anything out of this? It was highly unlikely. Still, Oliver looked none too comfortable at the way Kristy continued to giggle. Word count: 1001 To: Open! Notes: Long posts for the win. XD

But she won't discover that it's him, 'til chapter three… JUSTICE LOGAN ==================================== Justice smiled widely as the girl explained that she saw them at the Disney store. He went to the Disney store on a frequent basis and it was one of his favourite places to be. ”Well, that was very observant of you.”
He replied happily. He was also very amused by her reaction to his Disney Land comment. ”I have been to both, yes. But I’ve been to the one here in California the most. It’s my favourite place in the world,” Justice explained. Truth be told, it called to him like the mother ship, but at the same time it wasn’t what he had wanted Disney World/Land to be. He wanted it to be a haven for all ages where anyone could see themselves as young and could enjoy the wonders he had made sure Disney Land had to offer. He had seen Disney Land come to Fruition in his own lifetime, having overseen the project himself. Disney World on the other hand was more interesting to Justice as he had died before it was completed, even if it had been his project. But both had gone from that haven to a commercial nightmare. The money had become the goal for the company, not the happiness and the idea of a haven. And it irritated him to no end. ”Both of them are completely amazing. The fun that you can have is great. Hopefully you can visit them one day.” Justice explained with a smile, despite his irritation at how they had turned out. He loved Disney World and Disneyland, even if they were not his ideal dream parks. Justice was still Disney Obsessed and there was no better place for him than there. Justice was actually in the middle of scheming a full scale, class trip to Disney World. He just needed to talk to the right people, and it was in the works…in his mind at least. He had already bounced his ideas off of Sylent and she didn’t hate the idea either. He just needed to talk to Hanston and then get a few people on board to work on fundraising. Justice noticed Oliver’s grin as it turned into a raised eyebrow. Justice gave him a subtle shake of his head, that way he could tell Oliver it wasn’t actually like that. He would explain to Oliver later, but for now the white lie had Kristy accepting it and that was more than enough for him. The real reason was a bit too complex for the girl. Justice rarely thought about the handwriting issue. He had forced himself to modify his hand writing over the last several years. Everyone recognized it, seeing as it was the same writing used in the Walt Disney Logo and on a million and one Disney objects. He was too modern in his previous life compared to now. Too many people would recognize the writing as it was. It was still similar mind you, but different enough that most didn’t make the connection. Hearing her question about Journey almost had Justice laughing, but he caught himself on the amused smile. ”Nope. He has brown hair. And my sister has silvery white hair…My grandma has grey hair!” Justice said, as if it was a great and amazing mystery. ”I guess I come from a family of many hair colours…but I’ll tell you a secret.” He leaned down so it appeared he was telling a very important secret. ”My hair used to be brown…” Justice explained in a hushed tone that only Kristy and Oliver would hear. Justice was noticing that Oliver seemed a bit off and was considering how to change the situation. She was doing great reading the book, but it was getting a bit too personal for Oliver. Justice had been there and any time his family came into the equation it was difficult for him. He was sure Oliver was easier off seeing as Wilbur was in his life, but it didn’t make it any easier, at least not as Justice Observed it. Justice nodded his agreement and support to Oliver, knowing that to be the right answer considering the source. ”That does make sense. No use getting anyone else hurt before they are sure.” Justice offered up in support. The fact that Kristy was accepting all this so easily was a relief as much to Oliver as Justice. Justice didn’t comment further on the book, leaving that in Oliver’s ball court. He knew that Oliver was the best person for Kristy to ask these questions of but he was also getting concerned as he was previously of the emotional difficulty this must be for Oliver. She was taking what Oliver had to say harmlessly but it couldn’t hurt to get off the topic now. ”Hey, do either of you want to get ice cream?” He asked. Of course, Justice didn’t want Ice Cream, he would get sherbet, as he didn’t drink milk. He was a strict Vegan after all…or at least strict enough. He did lapse from time to time but a little ice cream did wonders for kids. And he was sure Oliver wouldn’t mind some himself. Justice personally preferred Orange Sherbet if he could find it.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ==================================== •• Tag • Oliver Winchester •• •• Words • 870 •• •• Outfit • CLICK •• •• Lyrics • "Belle" From Beauty and the Beast ••

Oliver watched with a smile at Kristy's excitement. "I haven't been to either. I've been to other parks, though. Sea World was my favorite." From the way Justice and Kristy talked, he almost wanted to go to Disney Land or World himself. Justice and his company had really done a number on creating those parks. They might have been primarily aimed at children, but people of all ages could enjoy such theme parks. Had Oliver known that Justice wanted to take a class trip to one of the Disney parks, he'd probably be behind it...for the most part. The last class trip RSOR had gone on had gone very strangely, after all. While he highly doubted he'd find himself in his old body at Disneyland or Disney World, it was still...intriguing. The subject changed to hair at this point. Oliver grinned as Justice listed off the various hair colors of members of his family, while Kristy hung on to every word. "Maybe your great grandma ate a rainbow..." Kristy commented in childish awe. She was serious too, as if this did indeed explain how one family could have so many hair colors. It was also clear by this that Kristy did have a basic understanding that certain traits were passed on through families, though she clearly didn't understand the mechanisms in their entirety. Then again, men and women much older and more educated than she were still working on the intricate details of that mystery. Kristy's hand went to her mouth in shock. "Brown? Really? Why did it turn blue like in the cartoons?" She wasn't thinking of dye at this point. Oliver was tempted to shake his head, but instead held his hand to his mouth as if he were surprised at Justice's revelation as well. In reality, he was trying to hide the huge grin that came across his face. He didn't want it to look like he was laughing at Kristy, after all. Especially when she was being so darn cute. Oliver nodded when Justice agreed with him. "Especially not their nieces and nephews, who I'm sure they were quite fond of." And indeed they were, much in the same way that Oliver was of Kristy. Though at the same time, he didn't feel like he could 100% be himself around Kristy, which was posing a small problem and leading to several awkward situations. It didn't help that she was reading that book, to be sure. He'd be less cautious if she weren't using his past name and asking questions about his past life every other sentence. Which was why Oliver glanced up at once when Justice raised the suggestion of ice cream. He knew this suggestion was not for nothing, especially considering the pull of ice cream on most six year olds. Sure enough, Kristy closed up her book at once. "Mmm, ice cream!" She responded, licking her lips in an exaggerated fashion. Oliver, meanwhile? Let out a sigh of relief. Though it was an audible one, Kristy in her excitement failed to notice. "I could go for some ice cream myself." He rose to his feet. While Kristy was preoccupied with getting up herself, Oliver meanwhile met Justice's gaze and nodded in a way that almost certainly suggested 'I owe you one'. He looked back at Kristy, who still had her book in her hand, and smiled. "You know, I think today's a nice enough day that we might be able to eat outside too!" The difference in Oliver was noticeable almost straight away. He seemed a lot more comfortable now. But she won't discover that it's him, 'til chapter three… JUSTICE LOGAN ==================================== Justice smiled widely as she mentioned sea world. ”Really!? Sea World!? I’ve never been there. Did you see Flounder anywhere. I heard he is supposed to be there…”
Justice said, sounding almost hopeful. His voice acting days gave him a decent idea of how to sound one way or another even when the topic didn’t overly interest him. Justice was so attached to his parks, and he desperately wanted back into the business of operating the Disney Company. But he also knew he wanted to focus more on the animation this time around and leave the management to his descendants or to those they hired to take care of things. If things got out of control he’d start focusing on getting into management. The company wasn’t so bad sided that it was rotten to the core. In fact, it was better than most companies in today’s world. Justice laughed at the idea of his grandma eating a rainbow, he tried to catch himself but it just escaped so he covered it up by making it appear he was laughing at himself. ”I never thought of it that way!! Perhaps she did! It would explain a lot! I can’t believe I overlooked that!” he agreed. He found the response kind of refreshing. It was always nice when the simplest of explanations were found for something and only children seemed to understand simplicity at its best. Justice grinned at her question trying to figure out what to respond with. That was when it came to him… ”Well you know all those blue candies, and the blue slushies and blue bubblegum ice cream? I ate way too much of it and my hair started to turn blue!” He said, thinking the dye explanation might be a bit harder to explain. That and at least this way it may stop the girl from wanting so much junk. Then again, it may have the reverse effect too. ”I hear there is a special combination of it though. I must have eaten them all in the right order,” Justice explained. He glanced up at Oliver a moment with an amused grin on his face. Kids were adorable! Justice smiled widely. So the ice cream worked…and Oliver was on board. That was good to know. Justice nodded ”Reading is hard work. Ice cream is a must!” Justice said, as if justifying the reason to get some. Justice smiled knowingly at Oliver, getting the relief and glad to see it was a good suggestion. ”I hope they have orange!” Justice said with a smile, not specifying that he was after Sherbet. He was imagining it was better if she didn’t know the difference between the two, eliminating more questions that would be difficult to answer. It was hard to explain to a kid that you don’t eat certain foods because then they ask why. And Justice certainly didn’t want to accidentally plant an idea in Kristy’s head that she should do the same.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ==================================== •• Tag • Oliver Winchester •• •• Words • 494 •• •• Outfit • CLICK •• •• Lyrics • "Belle" From Beauty and the Beast ••

Though Oliver wasn't actively participating in the conversation, he was happy that Justice and Kristy were talking animatedly with each other. It gave him the necessary time to sort through his own thoughts. He knew Kristy reading the book in question would be an awkward experience, though he didn't realize just how much. It was one thing to read about yourself...well, yourself. It was another to hear your six year old cousin read about your past life with childish innocence, completely unaware that she was in fact reading about your first childhood, the one that you missed so badly in your second childhood that you went so far as to ask your biological mother in this life if you were adopted. It bothered Oliver still that he had a hard time getting along with his parents in this life. He knew the reasons why, but they weren't suitable to him. Then again, there would never be a suitable enough excuse for Oliver, who in his past life was told that family was one's only refuge. If all else failed, one could rely on their family. He wasn't supposed to feel odd around his parents in this life. He wasn't supposed to feel like they weren't his parents. He was supposed to regard them the same way he'd regarded Susan and Milton Wright - separate, though equal. He didn't, though. Susan and Milton were held on a higher pedestal than Judy and Ed. It was a source of much inner frustration to Oliver, and though he pushed it aside most of the time, Kristy's readings only served to bring it to the forefront. "No, I didn't see Flounder. I'll look for him next time I go, though! Maybe he went on vacation to Disneyland instead." The idea that a cartoon fish would go on vacation still made sense to Kristy. Her eyes lit up when Justice played along, though she didn't see it as that. She saw it as her, a six year old girl, coming up with a brilliant idea that a boy more than twice as old as her hadn't. She beamed. "You should ask her what a rainbow tastes like! I've always kinda wondered, but mom and daddy say I can't eat them."Oliver cracked a smile at this. "Of course you can! What do you think Skittles are?" It was stated in a lower tone than usual for Oliver, betraying that he wasn't 100% 'in sorts', so to speak, but he was pulled out of his thoughts to make a joke, which was a good start. Kristy's eyes went almost perfectly round at this. "So that's what they mean by 'taste the rainbow'!"Oliver had to inhale deeply to keep himself from laughing, which resulted in a coughing fit. Kristy shot him a concerned look, but he recovered before she could ask if he was alright. Fortunately, she remained none the wiser about the true reason why Oliver was coughing. "That could be. I don't know if I'd want my hair to turn blue, but I could try something for Halloween!" Of course, hair dye would probably work a lot better for that purpose, and her mother and father would probably tell her as such. Still, it was a fun theory to propose for the moment. Oliver nodded. "Especially after you did such a good job! I'm thinking a hot fudge sundae myself." In fact, Oliver was a little surprised that Justice suggested ice cream, seeing as he was vegan, but he figured that Justice had something in mind. Not to mention most places that served food were pretty versatile nowadays, what with all the sensitivities and allergies that floated about. He watched as Kristy ran up to the counter quickly to pay for her book, then came running back to them, carrying herself proudly at the fact that she'd paid all by herself. Oliver grabbed Kristy by the hand to make sure that he had a hold on her, then walked out of the shop and looked down the street. "Dairy Queen, maybe?" What town didn't have a Dairy Queen? But she won't discover that it's him, 'til chapter three… JUSTICE LOGAN ==================================== Justice smiled, adding in a conspiratorial whisper ”I heard sometimes he heads to Hawaii to visit Lilo…Maybe that is where he was on vacation?”
Justice loved kids a little too much sometimes. The fact that Kristy was eating it all up was amazing. The purest form of entertainment and life was in children and the way they viewed the world. He didn’t consider what he was doing lying, so much as fuelling the imagination. Every kid needed an active imagination, or the world would be a horrible place. ”I will certainly do that. Though I imagine it would taste like many flavours…” Justice listened to what Oliver added on and smiled widely. ”Many flavours? Skittles definitely have many flavours!” Justice noted the change in tone compared to the usual but he was sure that Kristy wouldn’t noticed it. Kids rarely noticed the subtle changes, though they were more subconsciously aware than some people gave them credit for. Justice had managed to keep a straight face at the taste the rainbow comment, though the coughing fit to cover up laughter, and Justice did know that’s what it was, caused him to snort lightly, though he caught himself before he actually laughed at Oliver for his cover up. Justice smiled as she commented on not wanting blue hair. ”Well, between you, Oliver and I, it was a little intentional on my part.” Justice said, with a playful smile on his face. Naturally it was, seeing as he dyed it, but all the same. His hair was blue, and it was intentional. ”Though, I never guessed it would happen so nicely…” He admitted. Justice was amused at the hot fudge sundae, his mind making note that Orville Wright enjoys hot fudge sundaes. He followed closely behind the two of them as they moved out to the street, the sidewalk only wide enough for two people generally…at least when you considered oncoming walking traffic. Justice almost missed Oliver mentioning Dairy Queen. ”Sounds like a plan to me. They have a decent selection…” He agreed. ”It’s over that way…? He added, not 100% certain. Justice didn’t exactly frequent ice cream places. It was just easier for him to buy a tub of Sherbet at the grocery store. Not to mention more guaranteed to be within the guidelines of his chosen diet. Luckily, Justice was far from super strict and occasionally lapsed on what he was willing to eat. That is to say he would occasionally have non-organic vegetables, small doses of dairy or gelaton in things he got when he was out and about. It happened and couldn’t be completely avoided without some really serious effort. His parents may make that effort, but Justice wasn’t about to be that picky.[/blockquote][/blockquote] ==================================== •• Tag • Oliver Winchester •• •• Words • 455 •• •• Outfit • CLICK •• •• Lyrics • "Belle" From Beauty and the Beast ••

Oliver was highly entertained by Justice as well, though he wasn't showing it as much as Kristy, who was heavily captivated by the blue haired young man. The fact that he was talking with her so candidly about the movies and shows that she watched, without the constant reminder that they were just that, shows - Well, it was quite fun! "Maybe he did. Oh, now I want to go to Hawaii!" Oliver did have to laugh a little at this. "I think we all do." Though Oliver didn't really mind where he took vacations as long as he had time to relax and do things that he wanted to do. His most memorable 'vacations' in his past life had been to Kitty Hawk, a small village in the very state that they were in at that very moment. They were not vacations in the sense that no work was done, as, in fact, many activities that led to the invention of the airplane were carried out during these so called vacations. However, they were a break from the daily grind, and he and his brother? They'd been doing something that they loved, and almost always came back feeling refreshed and revitalized. Wasn't that what a vacation was supposed to be about? "Hmm, I'm not sure what I want. Maybe a sundae, or maybe an ice cream cone...or maybe a popsicle!" As his cousin went through various options for ice cream, Oliver couldn't help but note that his ice cream cravings were starting to increase. He'd always had a decent-sized sweet tooth in his past life, and apparently that cared over to his new life and new body. Chocolate was probably his favorite flavor when it came to desserts, though he liked caramel as well. He couldn't resist a comment when popsicles came up, though. "Don't forget to choose a flavor that matches the color you want your hair." He teased, pressing down on her head and twisting a little, though not very hard. He was giving her a light noogie in jest, and it didn't seem to bother her much either, aside from her rolling her eyes and trying to swat his hand away. Oliver laughed. Kristy swung her bag to and fro. "Make sure you don't swing that too hard. You don't want to hit any birdies." Continuing to walk, Oliver stopped when he came to where he knew the Dairy Queen was located. "Have to come by here sometimes when I get off of work...not for long, though. I'm getting a job at the bowling alley where Xelios works. W...Nate's going there too." He figured it would probably be for the best that he didn't call his past brother Will or Wilbur so soon after Kristy read that book. Speaking of books, Oliver jumped a little as he felt something collide with the back of his head, followed by an 'oops' and a small giggle. As it turned out, Kristy's book had gone flying straight into Oliver's head. Oliver could not help but let out a laugh at this (after all, the book was light, so it hadn't really hurt that much). "Now what did I tell you...?" He stated, unable to keep from grinning even though he was trying to be stern. "You said I'd hit a birdie. You're not a birdie." The six year old responded knowledgeably and matter of factly. "Touche." Came Oliver's response, along with a laugh. She did have him there... Word count: 618 To: Open! Notes: XD
