Height: 5'3"
Weight: 110 lbs
Eye Color: Green
Hair Color: Brown
Build: Skinny
Scars: One on her leg from falling off of her bike as a little girl.
Piercings/Tattoos: Belly button and ears. She's not sure if she wants to get a tattoo yet, but certainly wants to put a lot of thought into it before she does it. Piercings can grow back. Tattoos are a bit harder.
Personal Style:
First and foremost - Chelsea absolutely cannot STAND dresses. She's the type that would wear a tuxedo to the prom simply in protest. That said, she doesn't necessarily mind 'girly' clothes, as long as they aren't too revealing. She typically wears her hair down, though she will place it up every once in a while. As far as shoes are concerned, she's not a fan of heels, and prefers to go with sneakers. The best way to describe her style would really be tomboy-ish, which is certainly understandable given who she is the reincarnation of and the fact that she is very close in age to her older brother and looked up to him growing up.
Appearance:
Chelsea has medium brown hair that typically will go down a couple of inches past her shoulder. Her eyes are an olive green, and if one looks closely they can see the fire within. Her hair is rarely put up, but when it is, it usually fits into a neat little bun that can be easily removed if need be.
As far as clothes are concerned, Chelsea maintains that she will wear nothing too revealing. That said, she will be typically found in jeans and a t-shirt, or perhaps even a blouse here or there (though she tends to keep away from those, as she finds them itchy and stiff). She cares about her appearance enough to look presentable, but hates to get dolled up. She will put on make-up to perhaps cover up a zit here or there, nothing more.
HOPE AND HORROR
MIXED IN BLOOD
Likes: her siblings, doodling, potatoes, politics, being heard, men who show women respect, english, debating, oprah
Dislikes: bullies, flowers, dresses, meatloaf, closed-minded people, bats, having her picture taken, her inability to play sports, needles, and miracle whip
Dreams: She would love to become a journalist, and, eventually some day, own her own newspaper.
Fears: Heights, being forced into a submissive role, being alone
Habits/Hobbies: Chelsea has a habit of getting into arguments with those around her. She will often blow her hair out of her face, especially when she's frustrated. She taps her foot on the floor when she is upset. She also loves to make random little doodles when she has nothing else to do.
Secret(s): She actually loves jewelry, though she rarely ever wears it.
Personality:
OPINIONATED - Chelsea loves to share her opinion with anyone who will listen (and even sometimes those who won't). If she feels for something, she often feels much passion toward it. She's working on trying to become a part of the school paper. She's even landed a few detentions after arguing with teachers (though fortunately not over anything that happened in her past life, as that is forbidden by the RSOR...she's come close a couple of times, though).
IMPULSIVE - Chelsea tends to act before she truly thinks about the consequences of what she is doing. She is intelligent, but if she gets an idea in her head she will go through with it without a second thought. For example, her brother told her she wouldn't make it on to the softball team. Chelsea tried out and pushed herself to the limit, and ended up having an asthma attack as a result. She is especially impulsive when it comes to dares, or being told that she cannot do something - She will do everything in her power to prove that she very well can.
EMOTIONAL - You'd never get Chelsea to admit it, but she is actually a very emotional young woman. No, this does not mean that she will cry at the top of the hat. She is very expressive when it comes to every emotion. If she is excited, she's the type who would twirl around on the spot to show her excitement. If she's angry, you can tell by her body language and likely her words. She's actually rather easy to read, much to her chagrin.

History:
Chelsea Marie Simmons was born to Hank and Eileen Simmons one bright April day in 1995. From a young age, Chelsea wanted to tag along with her year older brother Mark. Anything Mark could do, she wanted to do. Mark did not particularly mind, though sometimes he would tease his sister that 'she was a girl, she couldn't do things like that'. Chelsea apparently took this on as a challenge, as typically Mark's words would be proven wrong and he'd possibly even find himself with a few bruises while Chelsea was placed in time out.
Growing up, Chelsea could not help but be confused. Like most children who were reincarnations of historical figures, Chelsea found her memories mixing. She, of course, knew that she was Chelsea Simmons, daughter of Hank and Eileen, but she also felt that she was someone else, this woman who kept punctuating her thoughts. Her name was Susan, and Chelsea came to admire this woman. She fought for what she believed in, and didn't let people hold her down just because she was a girl - Something that Chelsea even at age five could get behind.
When Chelsea was four, she found herself an older sister to Will and Jill, twins. She was quite the good little helper when it came to the two of them, though Chelsea resented the notion that it was simply because she wanted to play mommy. No, she simply wanted to help her mother.
When Chelsea was old enough, at Riverdale Elementary students were assigned to do biographies on famous historical figures. Chelsea as attracted toward Susan B. Anthony at once. A quick look told Chelsea that Susan was in fact the woman who's memories were mixed in with hers! Chelsea was eight, but she realized as she read that most of the facts she was reading about Susan B. Anthony she knew before she even read them. Chelsea began to test herself. First she'd go based on what she knew from memory, then she'd read on. Every single time, her memories matched what she read on the sheet before she even read it. It was then that Chelsea knew she was Susan B. Anthony, but how could she be?
Some time in middle school, Chelsea heard about reincarnation from a fictional book that she was reading. It was then that it all clicked. The reason that she had all of Susan's memories, and the reason why she felt that she was Susan B. Anthony was because she was indeed the woman, only reincarnated into a different form. Chelsea was satisfied by this explanation, and even felt emboldened. She had to have been reincarnated because her mission was not finished - and indeed, it wasn't. Women, as well as other groups, still faced adversities. Chelsea decided to make it her mission in this life as well to fight for equality and what she believed was right. After all, there had to have been a reason she was brought to Earth a second time, right?
