Cecelia Westmount loves the rock star side of fashion. Ripped jeans and cool looking tops that has some sparkles on them. Well Rhinestones or sequins on the shirt or pants. She doesn't really like wearing dresses but will wear them for formal occasions and they sometimes don't have the Rhinestones or Sequins on the front of them. Those are the ones she has that makes her look sophisticated. She prefer flats over high heels but will wear them too.

Appearance:
A lot of people say that Cecelia Westmount looks a lot like her mother. She stands at five foot six inches and weighs about a hundred eighteen pounds. She is in the right zone for her weight. She is a healthy girl who looks like she is nothing but skins and bones but that part well she can't help. She is a bit weak but is trying to fix that by working out. She wants to get a bit more stronger then she is now. She tends to feel a bit out of place among other females who is a bit stronger then she is. She doesn't like looking like she could barely lift a pencil and is going to change that.

Her brown eyes shine with happiness when she is happy. They're almost almond shape while her nose has a bumb in the bridge of it. Her lips are thin in size but more medium full. Her long red hair goes past her shoulders and almost hit's her elbows. She at times curls it up to make it more fitting to her style for the day. She loves her bangs cause it seems to fit her face more. Her face is egg shaped. She looks a lot more like her mother then her father. Her father has the red hair while her mother has blonde hair but brown eyes egged shaped face with thin lips. Her father also happens to have a bump on his nose. She has her mother high cheek bones.

Cece can be very curious and will ask a lot of questions. She isn't afraid at all. Sure she knows she can be a bit annoying with all of the questions she has. She pretty much has to know what is going on or how this thing or that thing works. Her parents didn't discourage her asking questions. In fact they encouraged her asking questions she asks. Cece believes the more questions you ask the more knowledge one gets. It's better to ask questions instead of not asking questions and being sorry about it later. Cece also questions pretty much everything in life in general. She won't as a question though if someone tells her not to ask them questions she would stop. But she also won't ask questions of they look sad but she will still tell them something.

Cece is a caring person and it shows. She will cry at sad movies. She pretty much wants people to be happy and not sad. She cares about her family and friends and she will have their back. She doesn't care for bullies because they are rude and mean. She is a friendly person and she knows it. But she does have a temper on her. If someone makes her mad she won't be afraid to speak her mind well for the most part. She wouldn't speak her mind if it is a very big person with a lot of muscles. Cause then she feels so small and well she backs away. If Cece upsets someone she will apologize to that particular person and if she doesn't she gets sick to her stomach until she does say she is sorry. She pretty much treats people the way she wants to be treated.

She will pretty much do anything to make someone laugh. She does look at the bright side of things as well. She maybe outgoing and optimistic but just like everyone else she has her faults. When she gets angry she gets angry. She will yell and cry. In fact she is a sensitive person. A sad movie will make her cry. Heck it isn't very hard to make her cry but she gets over it quite well. She tends to twist her hair around her fingers when she thinking. And she tends to hum and drums on things when she is nervous.

Petrova had no idea what she could do with her family. But she knew that her who family needed a family fun day. She even considering inviting Hestia but that would be pushing it that is for sure. She just wanted her cousins there. Sure she wasn't the youngest but she was the next to youngest and she couldn't help but wait to have a fun time. She wrote out a quick note to all of her family members. The note had said: Dear Valentines, Hyperions, and Tauros, You are all invited to a day of fun at the Merpool. Let's hang out and have fun. Nova and she had smiled when she read it out loud to herself.

Sending it all by e-mail was the quickest way to do it. She looked around her room for a moment and found her bikini and put it into a bag along with her towel. She didn't quite have her license but she did have her permit so she had asked her father if she could drive the car to the pool with him in the passenger side and he had agreed. He was proud to have his youngest child finally having her permit. When they got there she handed him the keys and handed him the key and drove off. She knew he had a full busy day doing what he does best and he would come pick her up afterwards.

Nova walked into the pool office and paid for the whole family all ready. In fact she rented it out just for them for the day. Her father had let her do that and gave her enough money to do so. She walked into the female locker room and got changed into her bikini and rinsed off like she was supposed to and then went off out into the pool and decided to take the swim test and passed and went to the deep end and jumped off the diving board and went right into the water and swam to the other side. She had decided to wait for her family members before she went down slides. She couldn’t wait to go down slides and stuff like that. Those were the place that held the most fun at. Petrova got out of the water for a moment and put the towel around her. She stood there with a small smile hoping they’d come soon so they all could have fun.
