now here i go again, i see the crystal vision i keep my visions to myself… KODI CHANDLER ==================================== Kodi’s eyes had opened that morning to see that it was sunny for a change. It was a season for wet or unpleasant weather so the sun was more than welcome. Kodi had wandered around her dorm, seeing no sign of her roommates. She crept into the bathroom and got ready to face the day. It was surprisingly a quick fix for the morning and Kodi walked out the door swinging her bag over her shoulder. She was going to shop. She didn’t need anything in particular, she just wanted to make sure she had some personal time. Lately her mind had been so wrapped up in Anti-RSOR that she hadn’t had time to really think.
Now that everything had calmed down, which was not to be mistaken for a good thing, Kodi was taking some personal time. She would have given anything for more information on RSOR, and was actually starting to hop on the obsessed express that Tamara was on. She was so enthralled now that there was no turning back. But lately RSOR had clammed up.
Kodi found herself on main street in no time, dropping into and out of stores and occasionally making small purchases. Before she knew it she had several shirts, a pair of jeans and some socks. Accessories were now on her mind however, and she started to make her way further down the street. She could also go for some food, if given the option. Her eyes skimmed over the options as she stopped off to the side and tried to find somewhere acceptable.
Kodi found herself thinking about how lonely it would be to have dinner alone when a thought occurred to her to text someone. But she couldn’t work out who best to text and decided to drop it altogether. Her eyes roamed back up as she stuffed her cell in her pocket and skimmed over the shops and restaurants again. Where to? Her eyes landed on the ice cream parlour across the street. Following her feet she walked toward it, her mind not so intent on finding dinner without a friend, and knowing that with a little looking she just may find someone from School around.

Going shopping didn't necessarily appeal to Rudy Young unless it was for something in particular. However, it did beat lurking around Riverdale High with nothing else to do. Fortunately for the redheaded reincarnate, the trip was not for nothing. He emerged from a t-shirt shop carrying a bag. Those close to Rudy (and those otherwise observant enough to tell) realized that Rudy was a fan of Peanuts - specifically Snoopy. Those in RSOR furthermore recognized the irony, and also the main reason why Rudy was a fan in the first place. One of the major running gags in both the comic strip and the cartoon centered on Snoopy's endless pursuits of the Red Baron. Rudy actually found the whole thing amusing, and was flattered at being featured. Thus, he'd been a fan for years. After buying a t-shirt with the lovable beagle sleeping atop his doghouse, however, Rudy did not have much else to do. He realized that he could easily head back to the academy, but he'd much rather find something else to do before heading back. The day was still young, and, as a freshman, he often lacked transportation. Therefore, it wasn't often that he found himself in town like this, and he wanted to take advantage of it. Rudy found his answer as he caught a glimpse of a familiar blonde. The Red Baron had acquired his latest target. He couldn't deny that she was attractive, nor could he deny that the kiss he'd planted on her lips wasn't enjoyable. However, the fact that she was in Anti-RSOR remained. It meant that just strolling up to the girl and chatting was out of the question. It also meant that he had to give her a hard time as a result of her allegiances. Not that he was entirely against that...it could be damn fun at times, and it was even more so when both he and Lucien took to the task at the same time! He had to think through his strategy before he moved. After a moment's deliberation, Rudy finally strode toward Kodi. "Guten tag! Sprechen sie Deutsch?" He greeted her in flawless German, then awaited her response. He wasn't going to make it easy on her, but really, did anyone expect him to? That wasn't exactly his style. Word count: 389 To: Kodi/Jez-E Notes: None

now here i go again, i see the crystal vision i keep my visions to myself… KODI CHANDLER ==================================== Now this was the last person Kodi had hoped to find. Or maybe the last person was Lucien? No! Definitely THIS kid! Kodi wasn’t really sure anymore. This was the little fart who had kissed her at the fair not so long ago and he was just as annoying if not more annoying that that damn Lucien kid who had taken to harassing Anti-Phoenix Society. He was a red head with freckles and who could like that, even if red hair was snazzy and freckles could be cute, they weren’t on This boy. Rudolph This Boy didn’t even deserved to be called by name, even though Kodi knew his name. He was so irritating and a real prick in her butt. It was best she just walk away now.
She gave him a look that said “seriously?” when he spoke up in German when he had approached. Her hips tilted so she had a hand on her hip, displaying some attitude and her lips pursed together in obvious irritation. ”I don’t speak German and if I did, you and your stupid friend wouldn’t be so easy to plot back and forth with it when we are standing right there. What do you want? Can’t even leave my club alone when off campus?”
Kodi snapped out. Her tone lacked any form of tolerance. Kodi had enjoyed the kiss and it had confused her. Why would the little jerk kiss her if he hated her and just wanted to harass her? He clearly couldn’t like her for anything more than a person to harass so why did he bother? If it was to make her ask questions he had succeeded in that endeavour. But honestly she wanted nothing to do with him or his people. Discrimination was against her beliefs and that’s what Phoenix Society did. They discriminated against those they refused to invite. They perceived a difference between their members and those they refused entry to and Kodi didn’t want any associations with any one of them. Her eyes display more and more dislike in them as she thought about it, displaying her outward disapproval of him and what he was doing but also her irritation that he honestly thought she cared about what he had to say. The loser should just leave her alone to go about her shopping. It’d be better to eat alone than with him...or maybe—NO! It was better to eat alone!!
