Oliver and Felix - This could actually be really interesting, due to your 'others' section. Family is incredibly important to Oliver, and he not only has his sister in this life, but two of his siblings from his past life. He even made history with one of his siblings! For Oliver's part, I think he'd view Felix as something of an enigma, but I do think this needs to be discussed, just considering how opposite they are in terms of siblings and family. He's Orville Wright.
Chelsea and Felix - She's close to her brother too, but not like Oliver. She doesn't hang out with him much at school, so I don't see that bugging him too much. Mood swings and random bursts of energy (especially when it comes to the things she's passionate about...of which there are many XD) are in her nature as well. I can see these two getting along pretty decently, possibly even having fun going back and forth. She's Susan B. Anthony.
Tamara and Felix - Resident pain in the ass to RSOR. If he runs his mouth when he's nervous or feeling cornered, Tamara will likely make it a goal of hers to make him feel this way as much as possible to try to get information for Anti-RSOR (the club she's a co-leader of, that is trying to figure out what the mysterious RSOR is). I can see a heavy dislike here.
Alison and Felix - One of Oliver's past siblings, but owing to her position as a spy gathering information about Anti-RSOR, she isn't often seen with them, so she'd be less likely to draw that sort of reaction from Felix (though she still might, just given her past last name). I actually don't think they'd associate much anyway, as Alison tends to avoid the RSOR room so as not to give away her membership in RSOR to Anti-RSOR. She's Katharine Wright.
Felicity and Felix - I don't see too much here, given that she's a teacher.
Andrea and Felix - I don't see much here, unless Felix approaches her first. XD She's Clara Barton.
Mark and Felix - Chelsea's brother, also a guy who acts like a jerk less because of wanting to and more because he thinks that'll make him fit in. He's a jock, and has a bad habit of denying when things are going wrong around him until it's too late.
Freya and Felix - I see flirting here. XD Nothing serious, because Freya tends to keep "lovers" at a distance because of being jilted in her past life (plus she has a final anyway). But damn, I can just see these two flirting up a storm, because it seems to be both of their natures. XD She's Frida Kahlo.
Cornelius and Felix - Cornelius tries to befriend everyone in RSOR, being a leader's panel member. The fact that they were both British in their past lives might help them relate to each other as well. Friends or good friends? He's Winston Churchill.
Erika and Felix - Well, she either amuses or annoys most of RSOR by trying to figure out who's who. I have this idea that Felix would probably not only be amused by it, but would probably drop her sly hints to see if she could work it out, given that he IS the author of arguably the most famous detective stories ever. Up to you whether you want to do this or not, but it's an idea I had.
Breezy and Felix - I don't see too much here. She's Anne Hutchinson. XD
Rudy and Felix - Rudy usually annoys people, buuuuut Rudy's best friend, Lucien, is a lot like Felix looking at their personalities. For some reason I see the three of them lurking around the school trolling to see how people react. Lucien and Rudy already do that, after all, and Felix seems like the type who would enjoy doing that as well. Friends? He's the Red Baron. XD

Oliver and Felix - Family is 'important' to Felix, but he tends to see it as an opportunity that was taken away from him, so he doesn't exactly view it with positive connotations anymore. He'd probably be more jealous of Oliver than anything, and that never bodes well in any relationship. I can maybe see Oliver looking down on or not agreeing with the way Felix treats his little brother, since Felix either doesn't talk to Greg or rudely brushes him off any time he tries to make contact, and his actions tend to make Greg upset. I agree, this could be really interesting. Plus Orville Wright is one of my favourite people pretty much ever, so it's really awesome that you used him. xD
Chelsea and Felix - I can definitely see the character parallels here. Felix respects passionate people, no matter what they're passionate about, so I can see them forming at least a casual friendship. It's pretty easy to see them doing fun things together as well.
Tamara and Felix - Oh, yeah, this works for me. He's actually pretty easy to fluster if you use the right tactics, and he's not exactly a guarded person. But despite the fact that he can't keep little things to himself and he's often honest if asked a direct question, he's also very loyal, so I can see him intentionally irking her when she tries to get information about RSOR out of him. And trust me, he's a very good antagonizer. Definitely an 'enemy' relationship, then.
Mark and Felix - Definitely interesting. They'd have that in common, then- the want to sort of fit in and the habit of denying things until it's too late. I can see them being friends, though if he's concerned with being 'normal', he might not like Felix's eccentric approach to things. Plus, like I said, Felix is kind of touchy feely so I'm not sure how Mark would react to that.
Freya and Felix - Works for me. You're right though, it probably wouldn't advance much farther past the banter since both of them have some trust issues.
Cornelius and Felix - I can see them being good friends. I think they lived in about the same time then, didn't they? Not sure.
Erika and Felix - Love that idea. Felix would definitely be amused by it, and he'd totally play into her little game. I can actually see the two of them getting along very well. He'd probably relate with her easily.
Rudy and Felix - Definitely friends. xD Felix would get a kick out of that.

Oliver and Felix - Really? That's awesome, since that's pretty much the reason I picked him. XD ANYWAY, I think if Oliver saw the way that Felix treated his brother he wouldn't approve of it, no. It's kinda funny though, because if it weren't for the family thing I think they'd get along. I think, to add to it, Oliver would literally find Felix's situation confusing, because he's been part of a loving family in both lives and doesn't really get families who aren't like that. Which takes us back to the enigma thing. So I dunno, tension but not outright dislike? I really want to explore this now. XD
Chelsea and Felix - Agreed. At least a casual friendship, possibly more depending on how things go. Again, something we'd probably have to explore to fully see.
Tamara and Felix - Yep, sounds about right. She'd antagonize him, he'd antagonize her, and that's that. =P Funny thing is, if they weren't on opposite sides, I could see them being good friends. XD
Mark and Felix - Mark might be a little weirded out by the touchy-feely bit, but I can see them hanging out every once in a while. Maybe acquaintances or casual friends, but nothing more? Unless you have anything else in mind?
Freya and Felix - Exactly. Flirts and maybe friends, but as far as anything romantic? Yeah, I don't see them going much farther. Though Freya totally wouldn't mind touchy-feely stuff, which helps. XD
Cornelius and Felix - I think Cornelius' time was a little after Felix's time, but there was definitely some overlap, so they could probably relate on that front. Good friends indeed, I think.
Erika and Felix - I think so too, especially since she's playing detective with RSOR. Only issue is that she's also a secret kleptomaniac, which is how she got the key piece to put together RSOR, but the rest was deduction. So yeah, I see them getting along.
Rudy and Felix - Agreed.

Oliver and Felix - Yeah, Felix has pretty much the opposite experience in both lives as well. I love the whole 'viewing him as an enigma' thing. On second thought, Felix would probably milk that a little. Definitely some tension, but he wouldn't quite fit the 'enemy' category. xD
Tamara and Felix - Funny, I thought the same thing. xD
Mark and Felix - Nope, nothing. That works.
Erika and Felix - Mm, actually that's what I was referring to. It's an addiction, and Felix knows a lot about those. He'd probably be impressed by the deduction bit though, so yeah, agreed. xD
Agreed on the rest of them as well. ;)

Hullo! Ali here :3
Evie and Felix: I think this could be an interesting friendship. Evie is battling drug addiction and Felix is a recovered addict. They could possibly bond over this and maybe he can try and help her kick the habit once and for all? She's trying really hard bless her, but she keeps slipping. Also she has a hard time being faithful to her boyfriend Mark (who she is on a break with at the moment after cheating on him with a couple of other guys...one he knows about, the other he doesn't xD) so Felix being a touchy feely person would really confuse her. But she's learnt her lesson so she'd try her damn hardest to keep things platonic. What do you think? Evie is Marie Antoinette.
Orestia and Felix: I see he admires cleverness in a person and Orestia is...well, dimwitted. So she might be really annoying to him? XD
Cam and Felix: Cam is a big weed smoker so I'm thinking avoidance on Felix's part so he's not around dope?
Nate and Felix: Nate is Wilbur Wright so I'm not sure how you want to go about this? If he's jealous of Oliver then he'd probably be jealous of Nate for the same reasons so it'll probably be another strained relationship?

-noms on the new member- HELLO THAR. imnotcreepyiswear
Isabella & Felix Isabella is very sociable and cheerful, and a member of the ROSOR lp and I can see them getting along quite well. She has a thing for adventures and it's quite possible that they could meet up not at school but in some random place, both up to different things, with paths colliding and we can work from there. She'd be more than willing to put plenty of work into a friendship, though he'd best learn platonic - not platonic boundaries with her, or she will slap him good and hard, as she's very, very touchy on those issues. Even a hug can make her uneasy if she doesn't know a male well enough, so touchyness is a bit of a no-no with her. xP Which is amusing to me, anyhow.
Iskander & Felix Iskander is a bit harder to draw out of his shell, but I'm going to suggest friends for this one. Iskander is also a rsor-ite, and is the reincarnation of Saladin. However, Saladin loved a good read, particularly poetry - but he'd probably love Sherlock Holmes, too. hat being said I think he'd ask Felix a little about it, and bit by bit a friendship emerges. Iskander does like to have fun, but only after he's scouted out his friends a bit.
Errol & Felix It's...hm. Errol could definitely put up with all of Felix's energy, doesn't mind touchiness, and launches headfirst into things. The issue here is, how would Felix react to Errol? Errol is the co-leader of the anti-rsor, and his senses are pretty well combined, which means he sounds like he's on acid pretty much all the time.
Harold & Felix Harold doesn't like reading and probably would be a bit scared by Felix's outbursts. I think they'd know each other because they're in the same grade, but that's all I see there.

FELIX & ANGELO I don’t really see anything here, but I figured I’d at least introduce him. Angelo is the reincarnate of Michelangelo. He tends to be very reserved and more than a little intimidating to most. He’s quiet, keeps to himself and does his own thing. He tends to always be covered in art supplies and would rather spend time working on art than around people.
FELIX & JUSTICE Friends? Justice is the reincarnation of Walt Disney and an intensely friendly and social guy. He will talk to almost anyone and tends to know almost everyone. He’s just that kind of social. He’d be pleased to meet the writer of Sherlock Holmes...naturally.
FELIX & KODI Enemies by Association. Once he joins RSOR he becomes Kodi’s enemy. Kodi is a core member of Anti-RSOR and is essentially the club secretary, keeping track of all of Anti-RSOR’s findings. Kodi is pushy, a bit bossy and in your face when she wants to be and also a heavy procrastinator. She has her positive traits and can come across as friendly when she wants to. It’s more like Kodi will try to pump Felix for information eventually, rather than befriend him.
FELIX & LUCIEN Lucien is the reincarnation of the German General Paul von Lettow-Vorbeck. He was a war hero, the only German to take British soil in WWI and he remained undefeated in his lifetime. He tends to plot, plan and antagonize most people that he can manage to. If you have patience and a sense of humour Lucien can be quite entertaining. He will definitely channel some energy at Felix, like he does anyone else he takes a liking to who is not female (females get treated with great respect as he is a complete gentleman). I think these two could be friends, if you think Felix can handle a little poking, prodding and teasing.
FELIX & OZ Mostly he’d just ignore him and pretend he isn’t around. Oz is the reincarnation of Ramses the Great. He went from Pharaoh to High School Student and he is very resentful of that. He doesn’t have many friends and it takes a lot for him to make friends. He’s just not the most pleasant guy and tends to manipulate others more than he respects them. He’s working on it though, so maybe they can be plotted in the future as friends or something, depending on how events proceed.
FELIX & FRED Winifred is friendly and social as well as adventurous and a bit out there. She tends to be a bit in your face sometimes, as well as being blunt and honest but she has lots of friends all the same. She makes it her job to know everyone around Riverdale so you can bet she will approach Felix. Fred is the reincarnation of Amelia Earhart and is an adventure waiting to happen. Much like Felix she loves meeting new people, doing new things and being a little out there. I bet these two would make good friends and feed on each other’s energy.
