Scars: Right fingers(little, ring, and middle) and left fingers (pointer and middle mostly) from infection and surgery. Toes - scarring from reattaching a few and scar tissue from infection. Left palm discolored scars from infection while right hand had skin grafting done, but faded lines. Skin grafting lines on feet too.
Piercings/Tattoos: Piercings? Each ear, once. Tattoos? No.
Personal Style:
Cilla could be perfectly happy with a blouse and jeans or in a strapless dress. She's not picky with her outfits, especially for everyday uses. Sassy and comfortable are her ideal fashion, but she loves roomy sweatpants too. She could even appear in 60's, 70's, and 80's style clothing and rock those looks; she would appreciate it. She likes comfort the best since to her mind it gives her security. Her hair she would style to match the outfit, but she does make mistakes. Make-up? She likes a light brush with lipgloss for her school and she would use eyeshadow, mascara, and lipstick for more formal wear. She would go natural if she had to.
Appearance:
Standing at five five (since she doesn't like halves), she has an easy-going appearance not hard on the eyes with greenish optical vision and dark brown hair. Her hair is mostly in a ponytail, braid, or loose and she would wear a headband to secure it. She has long legs yet it happens she has a less muscular left foot, but that's if you look close enough. There's definitely discoloration and scarring on her hands, but that's just if you would looking for flaws.
She holds herself a loft and down-to-earth with comfortable clothing. She always appear with a smile and some sadness peeks every once in a while from some tragedy event. She would always match her style base on her moods and occasion. She wears accessories like bags, jewelry, scarves, shawls, hats, etc... whatever fix the event and doesn't overindulge herself in make-up. She quite happy with being natural, so don't expect she goes heavy on the make-up.

About what really happen to her to miss a year of education: how severe of a sickness she had and what it almost did to her and why she doesn't what people knowing about it. The story she and her family gave was she having mononucleosis then after covering gotten pneumonia from an outbreak in school.
Personality: The overall personality for Priscilla is very unique and complicated. She could be on either side of the emotional status or very even in the middle. She's very free-spirited yet gravity does act upon her, but she likes being able to do her own thing. She's very protective of her family and friends, and willing to do anything to make sure their safe.
She's very unpredictable, and very original in her roots. She's a bit of a troublemaker, but doesn't do anything really harmful. She has a temper, but is very mellow to be around with. She's interested in a vast amount of areas, and loves her craft. She loves to play guitar, sing, and put on shows. She's game to anything, any challenge. She knows right from wrong. She encourages her friends and taunts her rivals, but only taunts her enemies if it's worth her trouble and/or when she knows it will work out in the end.
She's very fussy and direct with her room, being neat and spotless, however she does like a messy room when she's by herself. She likes to party and get an education. She would do anything for a good education that's why she's such a bookworm and street smart person. She's always bettering herself and often made herself pass out from the stress load.
After what happen to her in South Africa, she has become more caution in her reactions and gotten inquisitive about paranormal activities: ghost encounters and reincarnations, so she's very curious about RSOR and wonders if it's a supernatural in nature or thinks them as a paranormal investigating group. She still is a hardworker, loyal friend, a bit of a troublemaker (but she's more careful), and down-to-earth girl. She lives each day to the fullest though she scare of truly living in the past.

History:
Priscilla Natalya Rossen was born to the year 1995 on a beautiful spring day about seventeen years ago to Zach and Azure, in the city of Greenville, and they moved with their newborn daughter and three older children to Riverdale in the same state. It was a very happy event to the Rossens. Mural gets the sister she always wanted and her brothers focused on Cilla's well-being instead of her. Also, her parents had wanted another daughter for years after all it been five whole years since their boy Cormack been born and he's been tired of not having a sibling close to his age since Mural was already nine and going to school.
They were neighbors to the Simmons who had their own little boy named Marcus and Azure always brought Cila along to visit with them and allowed them to play together. Azure always dreamed about what would happen if Cilla and Mark got married, but she was getting ahead of herself. Cilla grew close to the boy next door and when a little girl joined him, she was friends with Chelsea too. They grew up and learned together, and went to the same school.
Cilla was always hard at working for good grades and when she was in her second year of elementary, she started guitar lessons. She enjoyed the pretty sound she made when she does so, and she fall in love with music as well as sports at this stage of her development. When she hit middle school, she was in several teams and eventually date a certain boy next door, but soon she would be moving away because her father was draft into the military.
Her oldest brothers were already out of the house and working jobs and one had a wife when she, her parents, Mural and Cormack moved to South Africa of all places. Cilla still did her best in new surroundings and did her schoolwork, but soon in her sophomore year she fall ill.
----- She gotten a rare infection that was eating away at her. It was so bad that she thought she would died, and she began studying the occults and in a way it was that which save her sanity. After all, she might died, so she wanted to know about what happens after death and about ghost encounters. She kept living yet was suffering and just wanted to let go. She been to at least eight surgeries already and her toes started to fall. She lost all hope until one dream told her she will survive and her father gotten the best doctors and paid them well. She went into another surgery that went into eight more sessions, and she went into a short medical coma for a week since her brain needed the rest. It was miracle to say the less, she had all her toes back and her fingers just needed repairs: she got skin grafting and all. -----

They moved back to Riverdale and during her whole illness, she missed her sister's wedding and birth of her niece. They decided on a quiet ranch life for Cilla to recovery, her father became a store owner and her mother became the ranch manager of her sons' ranch. She learned to life again and rode on horses and take care of chickens which they use their eggs to sale along with the vegetables her brother harvest. She missed the rest of her sophomore year and into her junior yet she was homeschooled, but her therapist and school counselor decided she should go into sophomore when she felt well enough.
And now she just gotten into Riverdale High, but first her mother gotten in touch with her friends the Simmons and told her Marcus and Chelsea would guide her. Could she kept them from unearthing the truth behind her scars? Did she still have feelings for Mark? And there were something about Chelsea and this RSOR that brought her attention? Could she discover why she sees Chelsea in a whole new light? Well, that was what high school is about, right?
