Micah tends to wear comic book t-shirts, video game t-shirts and t-shirts with witty comments on them. He more often than not is in jeans though he doesn’t mind a comfortable pair of sweat pants for when he is sitting around gaming. He doesn’t usually have a hat or any major accessories at all. Anyone who runs into him will find him with a gaming system, book, comic book, or some other form solitary entertainment. He tends to favour converse shoes, though he has worn other styles many times in the past.
Appearance: Micah is short and narrow. He hasn’t grown much in the last year and a half and looks as if he will remain his current size. He is skinny with little muscle definition and no athletic prowess. He has little definition to his body shape and instead has the stick figure build. He has thin, narrow hands with long fingers and his feet are much the same. Despite this super thin build he is actually quite healthy from the way he eats.
Micah’s face is oval shaped with a slight pudginess to his cheeks and chin. He has plump lips and a very rounded but little nose. His eyebrows are a little high but thick as well, and his eyes are rounded and a deep blue, though sometimes with his surroundings they can darken to appear too dark to be blue. He has a series of scatter freckles over his face, though not in any heavy concentration. His mop of blond hair falls around his face, a little unkempt and left wild.

Micah exhibits many traits that label him as a nerd in most cultures. He is quiet, speaks in short cropped phrases and has intelligence in varying areas. He tends to remain under the radar a lot of the time but to those who meet him and become his friend he is quiet loyal. He tends to be brutally honest and blunt with his way of speaking, keeping things in the open and completely without unnecessary secrets. His most notable aspect is his apathy for RSOR and Anti-RSOR, seeing them as nothing more than another school club. He doesn’t seek information and doesn’t ask questions relating to RSOR because he couldn’t care less, making him ideal for RSOR members.
His lack of motivation is what caused him to get to Riverdale in the first place, and it hasn’t changed one bit. He lacks the drive to do well in school and tends to jump around doing homework and studying for anything, but still is managing half decent grades due to his natural intelligence. He has no interest in getting involved more in the school and its activities, something that badly needs repair and is the entire reason he is at Riverdale. He still has growing to do and very much is like a child, but given the time and the motivation he could excel in anything he does.

History: Born Ethan Micah Simmons, Micah was a lovely baby boy who was always happy and easily entertained. He was a quiet baby with minimal crying and was very independent from a young age. His parents had planned for their son and were more than ready when he arrived. Lila and Micheal had several still borns before Micah finally survived and the emotional damage meant they were not intent on having another child. So Micah remained an only child.
He was intelligent from a young age and showed an easy memory for information. This became more prominent once he was in elementary school. But one major problem turned up for Micah and that was how solitary he was. He didn’t mesh well with the other kids and struggled socially throughout elementary school. But his grades were hard to overlook. He did exceptionally well…when he tried. The hard part was always motivating the child to work and it seemed there was no end to the challenges.
He would do well then drop his schooling for some time then pick up again easily. Lila and Mike started using video games as a reward system and as a tool to keep him actively working in school. He wasn’t allowed to touch his systems until he did his homework. If he completed everything and got his report card back with good grades then he had his choice of games that he could pick and his parents would purchase. Of course, smaller rewards during the year happened as well, giving him quite a comic book collection along the way.
When Micah graduated grade 8 he was still just as unmotivated without his parents and they realized he needed to find his own motivation. They decided to send him to a school away from them so that he could grow on his own, since clearly the video game bribery was only working so well and they wouldn’t be around forever to bribe their son. And So Micah was on his way to Riverdale High. He would live and breathe school there, or so his parents hoped.
So far, Micah is just as unmotivated, though his intelligence is put to good use in video games, all purchased with the money his parents send him regularly. He brought all of his consoles with him giving him a wide selection and perfect distractions from school. So far, he isn’t exactly the ideal student.
