[/blockquote]
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 130lbs
Eye Color: Brown
Hair Color: Brown
Build: Skinny, though her arms do have muscles owing to carrying around her brother
Scars: A cut on her ankle, a scar on her ear from an ear piercing gone wrong
Piercings/Tattoos: One piercing in each ear, and a belly button piercing
Personal Style:
Her personal style has gone back and forth so much over the years of her life that one is left to wonder if she really has a style that can be considered 'hers'. Even at Riverdale High, she can be seen in both male and female clothing, although she does tend to stick to the female thing now that she knows that she can get away with it. She tends to stay away from overly flowery things nonetheless, and likes to stick to primarily dark colors. She enjoys jewelry, and putting her hair up to keep it out of the way when she can.
Appearance:
Zoe stands at about 5'7", bordering on tall for a young woman, and weighs in at about 130 pounds, leaving her to look rather skinny as well. While she lacks in overall tone of her body, her arms are somewhat muscular, as she has to care for her younger brother. Her facial features are quite feminine, something that leaves her extremely annoyed, as she has a much harder time trying to pass off as male in this life than she did in her past life.
When it comes to clothes, Zoe is not picky in the least bit. She does enjoy being able to experiment with women's fashions in a way that she didn't get to experience much before (she only 'lived as a woman' for a brief stint while she was married), she doesn't have a particular style that she follows, and has actually experimented in most styles out there. If all else fails and she really feels lazy, she'll throw on a hoodie, some sweatpants, and some tennis shoes. She may even opt to go out without make up and a baseball cap, just to see if she can fool anyone.
HOPE AND HORROR
MIXED IN BLOOD
Likes: Her brother, alcohol, children, pirates, fashion experiments, messing with people, jewelry, sharp objects, flirting, and smoothies
Dislikes: The life she leads in this life, school, her father, her stepmother, authority, onions, nosy people, people who can see through her, tight clothing, spandex
Dreams: She wishes she could go back to the way life were before. Realistically? ...she's still working on that, although she wants Zachary to be a part of it.
Fears: Someone discovering what she did to both her father and stepmother, losing Zachary, and being stuck at a boring office job for this entire life
Habits/Hobbies: Doodling in notebooks, swimming (she needs exposure to the water somehow), cooking, biting her nails
Secret(s): The reason she fought so hard for custody of her little brother was that she felt cheated from dying while pregnant in her past life, and thus sees this as her second chance. The only people she cares for are her half brother and those she misses from her past life. The rest are just there for kicks, either figuratively or literally.
Personality:
If you are one of the very few people who Zoe actually cares about, you have someone who will literally kill on your behalf. If you happen to fall in the general populace, you are not safe. Unfortunately, you probably have no way of knowing this, as Zoe does a pretty good job of playing herself off as a young adult in bad circumstances struggling to care for her baby brother. She know to manipulate people and press their buttons so that they will do what she wants them to.
She also has quite the temper, and if you wrong her (and be forewarned - this could be as simple as making the wrong comment toward her), she will find a way to get you back. A sneaky, slippery way that can't be traced back to her, most likely, but she'll find a way to get you back. She will make it her goal. This young woman is fantastic at holding grudges.
One of the few times you'll get a genuine smile when talking to her is when she's talking about the 'good old days' with Calico Jack, Anne Bonny, and her old pirate crew. If one dares to look closely at her, they'll realize that she's a highly embittered person who chooses to take her frustrations out on the world around her rather than confront them herself. It is one of her biggest weaknesses.
PRETTY BOY, PRETTY GIRL

History:
Zoe was born to Samantha and Henry Allen on May 8, 1993. The first few years of the little girl's life seemed average enough, but children that young often are blissfully unaware of any problems their parents may truly be having. As a toddler, Zoe was always closest to Samantha. So when Samantha left her daughter and husband when Zoe was five, Zoe wasn't sure what to think.
For the next few years, Zoe's strange behavior caught Henry off guard. Zoe had decided in her mind that the reason her mother left was that she acted too much like a girl. Thus, not only did she start acting like a boy, but she started requesting that her father buy her boys' clothing. Her bemused father went along, assuming that it was only a phase. He and Zoe had never gotten along very well anyway. The two didn't mesh, and maybe this was his way of trying to win Zoe over.
Unfortunately for him, it didn't work. Zoe never had a close relationship with her father, and things were only made worse when Henry would ask his daughter why she felt the need to dress as a boy. Her explanation of 'grandma will stop supporting us if they know I'm a girl' made absolutely no sense to him, and he considered it to be a cry for attention.
When Zoe was ten, her father started to see a woman by the name of April Summers. Zoe decided from the get go that she hated the woman that her father was with. The couple was married when Zoe was thirteen, and April was pregnant within a few months.
Surprisingly, from the moment Zachary Allen was born, 14 year old Zoe doted on the boy. The girl who hadn't gotten along well with anyone since her mother left at age five was holding her brother with cautious hands, telling him that she would take care of him.
There was more to what happened when Zoe was ten that what met the eye. The ten year old was more than a normal girl frustrated with her father for falling in love with another woman. At this point in her life, Zoe was starting to realize that something wasn't adding up. Growing up, the little girl always liked pirates, but it was more than your average like - She could actually remember being on a pirate ship, as a grown woman dressed as a man. After doing a bit of searching through books and the internet, Zoe came to realize that she was, in fact, one of the most famous female pirates ever - Mary Read.
It was at this point that she fully rejected her father as her father. She didn't need him, and he wasn't her father. April Summers would never be her stepmother. She stewed and became bitter at her circumstances. The one person in this life that she'd grown close to left and deserted her, and now someone was coming in and replacing her. So Zoe enacted a plan and put it into action.
She continued to make the comments that made her father look at her oddly when she was a child, about how she had to dress as a boy. By this point Zoe saw no qualms in dressing like a woman again, but she also saw no qualms in dressing like a boy...and it was all part of her ruse. Her father, fed up and frustrated, booked her to see a therapist. Zoe pretended to be furious and upset, but in reality, she was absolutely thrilled. The second part of her plan could go into effect.
She started off by dropping small hints, but after a few months Zoe's visits to the therapist would often end in tears as Zoe claimed what her father would do to her. The therapist understandably went to the authorities, and Zoe's father was arrested. With evidence Zoe planted as well as her well-executed testimony on the stand, Zoe's father was sentenced to time in prison for his 'crimes'.
With Henry Allen out of the way, Zoe only had to dispose of April Summers-Allen. She had a good plan for this one as well. As it was, April was already unstable after what happened to her husband, and she too fell for Zoe's testimony. As such, she'd started to drink quite heavily. It was easy for Zoe to slip a little something into April's drink one day. Zoe's intent wasn't to kill her stepmother, only to get her sentenced to drug rehab, but she failed to anticipate how the drug she slipped to April would interact with the alcohol in her system, and the liver failure that followed afterward led to the death of April Summers-Allen. The police didn't suspect a thing - Zoe wasn't the only one who witnessed April's decline after Henry's arrest, and they either figured it was an accidentally overdose or a deliberate suicide. The idea that someone else may have tampered wasn't even considered.
By this point, Zoe was seventeen.
From there, it was an uphill battle to convince the courts of South Carolina that she wished not only to be emancipated, but that she could indeed care for her younger brother, who by this point was three years old. Eventually she won, and Zoe, seeking a new beginning, opted to move to a little town in North Carolina where no one would know her name - Riverdale.
She entered the local high school as a senior, and lives at home while taking care of her younger brother, relying on a part time job and help, both for babysitting and financially from an aunt and uncle on her mother's side (who also hasn't heard from her mother in ages). Near the beginning of the year she was approached by someone in RSOR who recognized something odd about her, and she was recruited into RSOR. Even so, not many present know her true identity...after all, who wants to reveal to everyone that they're a pirate? It's so much easier to operate in secrecy. =)
