Hey Guys,
I won't be around much for a short time. I don't know how long, but I'll try to post as much as possible during this time, but it'll be scarce.
To get to the point, my Uncle Jason died on Sunday, unexpectedly. He committed suicide leaving his oldest son, Daniel (who is 13), to my mother. He was very close with us and he lived with my family for a couple years. Hes been around at least one day a week since the day I was born (though I haven't seen him nearly that much since I left for university), so this has been extremely painful for me and I am struggling to get through what I have to do, let alone what can be put aside for now.
With the feelings I have, and what this has done to my family I need a break. I can honestly say that knowing someone who has taken their own life is both horrifying, upsetting and angering. I need to come to peace with what he did, even if I disagree with it and even if I see him as having taken the easy way out and abandoned his children and his family, I feel like I need to understand why he did this to us.
So I am not sure how long I'll be inactive, but I hope to remain as active as I can force myself to be until the world starts to turn properly for me again.
