We need freshmen at the moment, and, what a coincidence - Cornelius' younger sister, Elise, just so happens to be a freshman at Riverdale!
The best part is, she's pretty open for discussion. PB is completely open for your choosing pleasure. In addition, it's up to you whether she happens to be a normal or reincarnate. Though it should be noted that Cornelius is an RSOR leader, so if she is a reincarnate, she had to have likely done a pretty good job of hiding it from her big brother.
She'd be 14 years old, and if you need any specific details, feel free to look at Cornelius' app (though you'll likely want to look at his app anyway if you take this...make sure everything meshes well ^^).
