The Myan's predicted that on December 21 2012, the world was going to change. Some people believed that it would simply end, or some catastrophe would ensue, but the majority didn't believe it. The date came and went, and to every one, the world just went on as normal. But things had been set into motion long before...
The american company Axicel developed a device in the 1990's called Saint's Prayer. It had the capabilities of altering the human DNA, advancing human evolution to the next stage, however it was deemed unsafe and unstable. On December 21 2012, an unknown person stole the device and detonated it in the middle of Empire city.
Now, though their was no damage to the city, things have begun to change, some humans are gaining super natural powers. Axicel, seizing the opportunity, has begun to abduct the FREAKS and are creating an army. Omega, a small group, has risen up to resist and fight against Axicel with their Gifted.
Most of these supers want to be JUST HUMAN
