Time Spiral Plot Rules

- - - The Time Spiral - - -

- - - - - - General Rules

1. Charries MUST show up, to the Showtime stage at least. Besides, if they skip out you miss the plot.

2. Roles are non-negotiable. Your characters are stuck with who Mandee and I picked for them. The only exception to this is if a character of yours is playing a reincarnate of yours, or playing themselves.

3. Any and all teacher charries play the scientists. No exceptions.

4. If you make and have a charrie accepted prior to the "Showtime" of The Time Spiral, PM Dante (admin) and this charrie will be given a role. If they're accepted during the Showtime stage, they will be given a role as a host/usher/general worker; in that case, they are cast as a lab assistant.

5. The plot is divided into two stages. "Rehearsal" and "Showtime". Both have different times that they are available. Rehearsal will be the first stage, and after Showtime, the plot finishes.

6. Costumes do not contain real, working weapons. Sorry, folks. But any armour & time period accurate clothing will be worn (provided via the school), and yes, the armour will be real.

7. Threads that don't relate directly to the rehearsing or preforming are allowed, bu there is no lower worn count for things such as costume fitting and set building threads.

8. Remember, this plot does not override the site plot. RSOR must not be exposed, or figured out by anyone. If this starts to happen, I will impale you with a very large spork and it will hurt very much.

9. All reincarnate charries MUST read the RSOR Time Spiral PSA.

- - - - Stage Rules

- - - - - Rehearsal

1. Speaking in an IC sense, characters do not have to attend rehearsals, though it's recommended they do.

2. That being said, you only have to say they did; you do not have to thread them in rehearsals if you don't want to.

3. Rehearsals can be ICed.

4. All rehearsal threads that involve, well, rehearsing, take place in either the music room or theatre. There is no lowered word count for this stage, please note!

5. In the Rehearsal stage, your characters do not have to remain "in character". In other words, as Hanston will be playing the head scientist, she does not have to maintain this facade.

- - - - - Showtime

1. Showtime will take place in the "Riverdale Centre Track"; and nowhere else. Pictures of this track will be posted so you have an idea of show the show will be set up. This will be on a different thread.

2. Showtime threads have a lowered word count of 150 words.

3. As shown IC, we are only giving you the bare bones of the plot for The Time Spiral; as most of it is interactive, there is no plot per say. You can make up scripted events for your threads. HOWEVER, you are not allowed to have any one character steal the show/have a "lead" role, etc., as that makes it unfair. Besides, the unscripted bit is more fun...and here's why:

4. During show times threads, every charrie must remain in the character cast. This includes...everything. Including bathroom breaks and such. So the unscripted bit is where you can really have the fun.

5. Charries cannot leave the building until the end of the night.

6. This event stage may also be IC'd.
