all the things that you can change,
there’s a meaning in everything…

[/color]Kodi had spent hours trying to work out how to get more keys and break into the RSOR room, and now with the announcement that the locks had been changed, she was seeing her key as almost like a trophy…a useless one mind you. She was extremely frustrated that the chance had passed her, Tamara, Errol and Alison by to get into the RSOR room. So now, she was trying to figure out just what to do about it. Her snooping outside the room during the whole fiasco had ended badly, and she was running out of ideas to spy on RSOR. She needed a new plan, and a new approach.
Kodi’s eyes roamed around the open grounds to the school. They were mostly empty today, which was a surprise. The weather was beautiful if a bit chilly. Kodi had her poncho on to ward off the cold, but the chill was nothing when you noticed the clear blue skies and the colours the leaves were turning. Some were brown, but most were yellow, orange and red and the beauty wasn’t lost on the Freshman. Throw on top of that the fact that Kodi loved any reason to procrastinate on her school work and the day was more than perfect in her eyes. It gave her the excuse she needed to get outside and relax a little.
Though, relaxing wasn’t really what she was doing so much as plotting. Kodi’s mind was getting more and more entranced and frustrated by RSOR and she was finding that more and more she desperately wanted to know what was going on in that damn attic. She was now understanding just how Tamara and Errol could be so forceful for the information. Her slightly more subtle route wasn’t working either. RSOR’s defenses were too good, and that made it that much more concerning. If they were being that defensive the secret must be huge.
Kodi found herself wishing for a weaker RSOR mind to press for answers, even if only to satisfy her desire to learn something! ANYTHING! Kodi leaned back in the grass, her eyes on the sky, as she picked up and twiddled with a piece of grass, crimping it in her hand. Her poncho had flared around her as had her skirt, something she didn’t wear too often truth be told. The shorts underneath helped her physical comfort, but her mental state remained a bit off kilter as she pondered how best to act from here and how maybe Halloween could move to her advantage, seeing as it was approaching fast.
