Personal Style: Claude enjoys looking sharp, not that every day requires a suit or anything; but being put together is important to him. Jeans are always a given, as are the Chucks, but he favors button down shirts. He wears t-shirts as well, but sometimes he just has to mix it up a little. If pressed to describe his style, Claude would say he’s a no fuss, no muss sort of guy. During finals week, he’ll most likely be wearing sweats, but that’s an exception to the rule. And Claude’s rule is to reflect his mood by what he wears.
Appearance: Claude is lean with toned arms, legs, and abs. He does run for fun after all, as well as lifting weight every once in a while. Overall, Claude likes the way he looks; he had those classically dark features. His most defining characteristic though, would have to be his hair; it has a mind of its own and takes a lot of effort to maintain, his friends have named it ‘The Lion’s Mane.’ But, Claude likes that its crazy and the ladies don’t seem to mind either.
Claude is generally a happy person, and hopes to reflect that whenever he can. This reveals itself in his easy smile, that certain twinkle in his eye when he sees a cute girl, his relaxed stance, and energetic movements. Claude exudes happiness for the most part, but does have an excellent poker face. So, it is a bit tricky to guess his emotions at times.

Personality: Claude is a very outgoing person, he loves new people and tried his very best to be accommodating. His brash personality can border on obnoxious, especially since he’s prone to serenade people, but for the most part he’s a very easy going guy. Claude has dated a more than a few broads in his time though; he loves the novelty of going on dates especially if it’s a new relationship. His confidence is best utilized in a theatrical matter, so Claude is quite fond of public speaking and acting.
He does have faults though; Claude is scatterbrained at times and has a tendency to move a fast pace, even when he knows he shouldn’t. He would never pressure someone into something they’re not comfortable with; at times he simply gets over excited. And when rejected, Claude dives into an entire mental re-haul in an attempt to “fix” himself. Usually someone tells him to snap out of whatever his funk is and then it’s back to normal.
Claude is what most would call a social butterfly; he’s nice to everyone, no exceptions. He doesn’t get the whole “social stigma” thing, nor does he care. In Claude’s humble opinion, people just need to be kind to one another and give respect; treat others the way you want to be treated. It’s just common sense to him. He tries to keep up with his friends lives and stay positive. But occasionally Claude too, has his off days. Those usually result in him just moping around and sleeping it off.

History: Claude was born to loving parents, Marilyn and Evan. When he was two, his younger sister was born. And soon after, the Vincents packed up and travelled wherever Evan’s job required them to be. Claude didn’t mind though, he thought that living so many places was interesting and eye opening. He learned so much about different cultures and customs while abroad. He soaked everything up like a sponge and made many friends across the globe.
One night, when he was ten or so, Claude had a strange dream. It was in a place he’d never seen before, but he seemed to be somewhat at ease. There was an angry mob of people, so many people gathered around the platform he was about to ascend. Claude felt guilty for some reason, he had betrayed these people in some way and he got the feeling he was about to be punished for his crimes. It was important for him to appear dignified and resigned in the face of this anger. He was guided up the steps, hands bound behind his back. He then began to speak, in a language new to Claude, but he seemed to understand it perfectly; Claude was stating his innocence before this crowd and pardoned those responsible for his death. Apparently, he was going to die, well, that certainly cleared some things up. Claude then said that he was willing to die for the people of France and he prayed the people would be spared a similar fate. A drum roll began, and his speech was done. Claude was led to a contraption and guided to rest his neck against a slab of wood. A click and he was secured in place; he felt eerily calm about what was going to occur. One deep breath, the blade was released, and he was dead.
The next morning he told his parents about the dream, and they regarded each other oddly. They talked for a while and finally decided that it was time to move back home. The Vincent’s new residence was in Riverdarle, North Carolina. Claude still had dreams and recalled odd facts about France and the Revolution in particular. It wasn’t until his Freshman year at RHS that things began to make sense. He joined the RSOR and came to realize that he was the reincarnate of King Louis the XIV of France. His first two years at RHS were exciting; Claude got involved in theatre and made a lot of friends. The summer before his junior year, an rare opportunity presented itself : he could live and study in France for a year. Claude took the offer and attended a private academy in Paris with his sister Emily. He tried to keep steady contact with his Riverdale friends and the RSOR.
