Some historical figures we, the admins, find a bit too offensive/controversial to be made. Any religious founder is an absolute ban, no exceptions to that. You can argue your point all you want, this ban is permanent. The following fall under that ban.

Some controversial/potentially offensive character we may allow. We will be far stricter with these applications and expect a lot more of the role-player in both the application and their threads. In addition, you must already have an existing character with at least ten in character posts in a thread; that doesn't include IM threads.
