Oliver and Emri - Yay for awkwardness! In the case of these two, it's all in good fun.
Chelsea and Emri - Indeed she does. XD Though I can see some times, especially when Chelsea is in a 'mood', that Emri would get on her nerves. But for the most part they get along pretty well. So friends, sometimes annoyances?
Alison and Emri - Agreed
Tamara and Emri - Of course. Tamara will always take an invitation to do that.
Felicity and Emri - Me too. In fact...Emri could possibly be Felicity's teacher's aide?
Andrea and Emri - Agreed
Mark and Emri - Agreed
Zoe and Emri - Yes...if anything, Zoe would use her. She's not Ana, after all. XD
Freya and Emri - Agreed.
Cornelius and Emri - Indeed. Acquaintances on good terms.
Erika and Emri - Friends indeed. Casual friends, mind, I don't see them being all that close, but friends...and I do like the idea of Emri having slipped around her.
Breezy and Emri - Yes, friends, possibly even good friends. Even if Breezy doesn't agree with her theories, she sure would have fun discussing them.
Rudy and Emri - Agreed.

Oliver - I think she would feel awkward around him for some reason all >> -scoots away- donno that's just what my muse tells me. Also, I feel like Andy would get along with girls far better than boys.
Chels - We discussed this, these two would be pretty good friends :3
Alison- This one could be interesting I see them being friends honestly.
Tamara - Might get herself kicked in the face if she tries picking on Andy too much
Andrea - Same grade, possible friends
Mark - ROOMMATE awkward moment of the year much?
Breezy - Andy is a vegetarian and I can see them being friendly towards one another
Cornelius - she doesn't understand boys being that she is and isn't one but I don't see them being impolite to one another
Elise
Oliver - she will act cute and flirt for information XD
Tamara - eventual friendship probably with RSOR
Alison - Both freshman and they would probably see one another quite a bit with anti-rsor and school though Elise might be too much brat for Alison to handle.
Cornelius - obviously they are siblings and she will irritate him till the cows come home. moo.
Rudy - these two would be at one another's throats all the time I feel being that they are both pretty obnoxious him with an ego her with brat.

Oliver and Andy - Well, if she gets along better with girls than guys, then it stands to reason she'd feel awkward around Oliver. Besides, I don't see them interacting much anyway, which means they'd probably be awkward around each other anyway. So...that works. XD
Chelsea and Andy - Indeed, and if anyone were to say something about Andy, she'd punch them in the face.
...well, not really, but she'd tell them off something fierce.
Alison and Andy - Agreed. I can see them being friends too. =)
Tamara and Andy - Well then she'll probably get herself kicked in the face, because that's just Tamara. XD
Andrea and Andy - If Andy were to approach Andrea first, then yes. =)
Mark and Andy - Very much so. ._. He'd be tempted to say things but I have a feeling he'd keep his mouth shut because he knows his sister wouldn't like it if he said anything. That and he really is a good guy, he just has a reputation to keep outside of the dorm. >.>
Breezy and Andy - I can see that as well.
Cornelius and Andy - Sounds about right. Cornelius usually isn't impolite to anyone unless they're impolite to him first...or they're Oz.
Oliver and Elise - Indeed. And Oliver will try his best to ignore it, but if she makes him uncomfortable enough... XD
Tamara and Elise - Agreed. Friendship through Anti-RSOR. So friends and cohorts, so to speak.
Alison and Elise - Fake friends. Alison has to act like she can handle Elise, because she's supposed to be RSOR, but really Elise would probably get on Alison's nerves most of the time. XD
Cornelius and Elise - Very much so. XD
Rudy and Elise - Ah yes, they'd drive each other nuts. Should be fun. XD

Since Angelo tends to skip classes and ignore teachers I don't see a healthy relationship here. Mutual dislike?
SUSAN & JUSTICE
Good Terms. Justice would be interested in who she is and learning more about her. Especially sine he considers Oliver his best friend.
SUSAN & LUCIEN
Lucien gets into trouble. We both know this. But I could maybe see Susan findng his kind of trouble amusing?
SUSAN & FRED
Fred would stay after class to talk with her often enough. She'd have interest in a founder of RSOR, being LP and all.
