OLIVER LEE WINCHESTER

An RSOR recruiter who's been in RSOR since the first couple of weeks of his freshman year, Oliver knows the ropes pretty well (oh, and he's Orville Wright reincarnated). That is not to say, however, that he's entirely comfortable with his position. He enjoys having some importance in RSOR, but has a tendency to get overwhelmingly nervous during hard recruits, which can sometimes pose a problem. He's for the most part outgoing with those in RSOR, but more shy and reserved around those not in RSOR (and people he doesn't know). Also, he's very easy to bully and manipulate when he's having one of his awkward moments. He's a loyal friend, but prone to jealousy, especially if he fears he might be abandoned. Oh, and he takes almost everything mechanical apart. Just thought you should know.

CHELSEA MARIE SIMMONS

A sophomore recruited into RSOR at the beginning of her sophomore year. She's Susan B. Anthony reincarnated, and thinks she's been put her to further aims for equality. She focuses on women's rights still, as well as gay rights. She has a habit of being in your face and stubborn, to the point where she will sometimes pick arguments just for the sake of...well, picking arguments. That said, as long as you aren't outright against the causes that she supports (or just plain an asshole -cough-Errol-cough-), you and she should be fine.

Recruited just a few months ago, the reincarnation of Katharine Wright is already making her mark in RSOR. She's working as an undercover spy for RSOR, trying to get information about Anti-RSOR. Only a select few know about this (read - leader's panel), so many are under the belief that she's been acting odd lately. She can't associate with RSOR much for fear of revealing herself as a member of RSOR to Anti-RSOR, which goes against her social nature. When she gets frustrated, she also has a tendency to get very bossy, one of her more negative qualities.

TAMARA JADE RAMACHANDER

One of the unofficial co-leaders of Anti-RSOR. She's largely motivated by jealousy and a feeling of being left out, and has a bit of a Petunia Evans/Dursley complex (though to her credit she admits how she feels). She's a huge gossip, and almost no one is safe from her mouth. She is, however, mostly talk - She's been proven to last no longer than a few minutes in an actual physical battle, though verbal tiffs could go on for days. She will do almost anything to further Anti-RSOR and find out what the big secret is.

A biology and earth science teacher at Riverdale, and also a 'normal'...at least in the sense that she's not a reincarnate. She has unconventional methods of teaching, preferring hands on to lectures, and is very emotionally attached to her work. She tries her best to get students interested, and is honestly hurt when students deliberately don't try in her classes. She's a bit naive about the world, though book smart when it comes to her subject.

ANDREA ROSE WATSON

A sophomore and the reincarnation of Clara Barton, Andrea doesn't stand out all that much at first. She's a more reserved person, preferring to stay on the sidelines unless the situation calls for it. She's quite knowledgeable when it comes to medicine, owing to both her past life and her experiences in this life with her mother, who works in the medical profession. Unfortunately, she's also easily made anxious and is a bit of a doormat when it comes to her peers.

He's a junior, a normal, and the older brother of Chelsea Simmons. In some ways, he comes off as the typical jock. Stupid when it comes to classes, good at sports, a bit of a troublemaker. He cares a bit too much about his reputation and even though he's not that bad at science classes (specifically Chemistry), he feels as though he has to play down his other interests so as to remain 'cool' with his friends. He's also got a bit of a big head, so if anyone has a problem with arrogance, they'd probably have some issues with Mark.

She did not want to be reincarnated in the first place, but decides that while she's here, she's going to have a ball, meaning a reckless lifestyle she couldn't participate in before due to various disabilities. She's distrusting of men, but perhaps the right man could change her mind on that matter. She's a handful, this one is.

A junior and a member of the leader's panel, Cornelius Cox is a name that most recognize in RSOR. He is Winston Churchill reincarnated, and he takes his role on the leader's panel very seriously. That said, he's a generally easygoing guy most of the time, though he's quite serious and strict about maintaining security of RSOR. Thus far only one person has been able to get Cornelius truly riled up is Oz, and Cornelius is to the point where he'll do almost anything to shut Oz up.

She's an extremely outgoing tomboy who also happens to have a huge streak of kleptomania (hence what helped her uncover the secret in the first place). She's usually pretty going but abnormally defensive if she feels that she has been caught doing something wrong (and she's been doing a lot of that lately). She's also single.

A freshman yet to be recruited into RSOR, yet a reincarnate nonetheless. She's Anne Hutchinson reincarnated, and the younger sister of Justice (and formerly Sylent) Logan. She's outspoken and boisterous, and loves to engage people in random debate. She's willing to put up with differences of opinion - so long as you don't force your opinion down her throat, she won't force hers down yours. She needs a recruiter, friends, enemies, love interests...everything, really.

If that name doesn't ring a bell, his pseudonym of the Red Baron probably will. As a mixed result of being 'the ace of aces' and the fact that he thinks he's the only reincarnate out there, he has an ego about the size of Texas. Once he's recruited and realizes that there are others like him he will simmer down a bit. It's already planned that his sister will recruit him, but everything else is open.

While she may just be starting out as a substitute teacher at Riverdale High, she has plenty of history at the school. One of the co-founders of RSOR, Susie decided to come back to the school both at the urging of her old friend Ethel Hanston, and to see her grandchildren. She is the reincarnation of Boudica, and is a generally easy woman to get along with as long as you don't get on her bad side. If you do get on her bad side...don't be surprised if she puts you in a head lock. Just saying.

She doesn’t hold grudges and is very forgiving. She has been in RSOR since pretty much the first day of her Freshman year, seeing as she is Skylar’s little sister.

Friends? Same reason as Oliver. She is friendly enough and social enough to approach Cecile.

CECILE and ALISON

These two could be friends as well if she knew about Alison, so for now, nothing, but maybe future friends?

Enemies. That just happens when you are on opposite sides. Cecile wouldn’t trust Tamara or like her.

Oliver and Cecile To answer your question...the anti-RSOR and most normals. XD

..of which Cecile is neither, so yes, I think they'd get along pretty well. On the outset, Oliver probably wouldn't approach her that easily, but after finding out she's Skylar's sister, he'd find it easier. They could probably even meet through Skylar. Or, well, probably HAVE met through him, since I doubt they've gone all this time without meeting. XD

Chelsea and Cecile - Oh yes, Chelsea would definitely approach Cecile, and I don't think she'd have any problems with Cecile. I could see little spats with them, since they both have tempers, but I also see those spats being pushed aside with the snap of a finger. XD Which would be amusing to play out.

Alison and Cecile - Yeah, Alison's still not going to be all that well known around RSOR because of her position, but if she can ever come out of that, then I could definitely see them being friends. So future friends indeed.

Tamara and Cecile - Indeed. I don't think Tamara would go out of her way to antagonize Cecile unless Cecile gave her reason to (or ammo), but they would not be on good terms at all, no.

Andrea and Cecile - I like the idea of these two being best friends. Thing is...Andrea usually has to have someone come up to HER and talk. So my best idea for these two? They were partnered up for a project. The old partner dealie. That forced them to interact, and their friendship ignited from there. ^^

Freya and Cecile - Sounds like a plan. Not particularly close, but casual friends, yes. =)

Freya - Kass is as much as a handful as her and I can see them getting up into opinionated nonsense together. They can talk about stupid boys they have dated in past lives and present lives.

Cornelius - she'd probably playfully flirt with him a few times before getting bored, but they could still probably be on pretty decent terms.

Chelsea - they seem to be civil towards one another, but I doubt it's any more than that.

Felicity - She would probably get on his nerves if she bothered him a bunch during classes, and thus he would cause experiments to go horribly wrong on purpose just because it would be hilarious.

Andrea - They both have parents in the medical field. He might actually talk to her about it too honestly. Probably the most normal conversation Raven would ever have.....

Mark - will NOT like Raven....at all.

Zoe - They're friends, and just like messing with one another.

Cornelius - Civil, but there is definitely some underlying distrust here on Cornelius's part. Then again, he's probably smart to not trust him.

I can see these two being friends too. Lucien would value her ideas on women’s rights, though he is also a traditionalist. You saw his manners with women. He tends to open doors for the ladies, greet them with a kiss on the hand and leave the same way, not to mention he holds them in higher regard than men. It happens! Not sure how she would react to that.

TAMARA RAMACHANDER
I wanted Lucien to be Anti-RSOR before being recruited. So I can at least see him on friendly terms with Tamara. He’d make a conscious effort. And then perhaps when she finds out he is RSOR things change and the two become enemies? Lucien would antagonize her on purpose after she started to treat him differently due to RSOR.

FELICITY HOFFMAN
Lucien likes to break rules. I can’t see him enjoying her company much, but he’d like her better than most teachers.

ANDREA WATSON
He’d have high respect for her because of what she accomplished, even if his country was against American in two wars technically. Not sure much else though. I have a feeling Lucien may irritate Andrea with his antics. What do you think?

MARK SIMMONS
These two need to be friends!! They are roommates, and both enjoy a little trouble making. Lucien could handle Mark’s arrogance with ease and the two could really get along.

FREYA DIMAS-IVANEZ
I think Lucien is her man!! He is ridiculously loyal and his loyalty is his most notable trait. He is very relaxed and easy to get along with, and he enjoys having a lot of fun. He isn’t afraid of death and recklessness sounds like a little fun to him. He lived a long life the first time, and that life was loaded with risks, so why should he be afraid now? I think Lucien can not only handle Freya, I think she could handle him. Or maybe even more interestingly, neither can handle the other and that is mutually just fine. What do you think?

Antagonism! Lucien would love to have fun getting a rise out of Cox. He still has a small thing with the British because of the nature of his life back in 1914 – 1918. And let’s face it, Churchill was involved then so naturally he’d have known of Churchill and likely Churchill of him. Could make for some fun…but I’d also like them to maybe be friends too.

Friends! Once he knows she knows about RSOR he’d love to spend time with her. Just hang out a bit. And if Freya isn’t a go then maybe these two can become an item. Though, Freya is more his type, I can’t see him passing Erika up as a friend.

Erika and Ana - I don't see anything particularly close either but I can see both Zoe and Ana being bad influences on Erika. If she hears them talking about any of their escapades, she likely wouldn't be able to resist the impulse to join in. So yes, friends, though more of a 'stealing friends' than anything else.

Erika and Angelo - Poor Erika will have no idea what to do with the vitrol aimed at her. She'll likely just try to avoid him as a result. XD They are nowhere near the same crowd anyway (Angelo + Sports = End of the World, I'd say), so that should be relatively easy.

Andrea and Anya - I could see them being friends too. It's just a matter of how to get two shy people to start talking to each other...I foresee the need for a middle person here. Once they get talking, I see them getting along well.

Erika and Cecile - Yay accepting RSOR people. Not gonna lie, if Cecile introduces the idea in her head, Erika would want to join too. Though, of course, owing to her lack of being a reincarnate, that may pose a problem...

Erika and Justice - Of course, and when she realizes who she is she'll probably fangirl worse than Alison did that one time. In fact, since she's played by a girl who was in Disney movies, I can see her having grown up on Disney and being quite into it. So she'll DEFINITELY be fangirling.

Oliver and Lucien - Yes, friends. I think Oliver can keep up with the riddles and these two could have some fun conversations. In fact, Oliver might find it easier to talk with the riddles, since you know how he is, and he doesn't know Lucien all that well yet. XD

Chelsea and Lucien - She'd be pleased that he supports her stance on women's rights. I don't see them being extremely close, but on friendly terms, yes. Although I can also see him trying to get her riled up on purpose, just because that's easy to do, so...I don't know. =P

Tamara and Lucien - I like it. It'll only serve to make Tamara feel worse about RSOR too and strengthen her resolve. And, again, she's easy to rile up, so fun for Lucien. XD

Felicity and Lucien - I think he'd annoy her to some extent, but she'd also respect him at the same time for going his own path. Still, she hates when students make it intentionally hard for her. One of her biggest pet peeves when she's trying to make things easier for them. XD

Andrea and Lucien - I don't know if Lucien would so much as irritate Andrea as...intimidate her, almost? I dunno.

Mark and Lucien - YES. And even with Lucien in RSOR, Mark could care less. I could see these two being pretty good pals and making trouble just for the sake of making trouble. The funny part being if Lucien ends up with Freya...Freya and Evie are best friends, and Mark is dating Evie.

Freya and Lucien - I like this a lot. ^^ I actually see them alternating between handling each other and not being able to handle each other. I see Freya being naturally volatile in relationships, and I don't know where Lucien would fall on that. She'd definitely enjoy flirting with him, although she'd probably give him the chase at first. She likes boys (and girls, truthfully), but when it comes to relationships, she's been burned, so she's going to be very cautious when it comes to dating.

Cornelius and Lucien - I'm thinking friendly rivals, in the most literal of senses. I kinda got that idea from them the minute we first ICed them. I see them both being able to take the jabs that they throw at each other most of the time, but there still is that whole 'we were on opposite sides of the war' thing, and yeah. These two should be fun.

Erika and Lucien - Agreed if Freya and Lucien don't work out, but I'd definitely like to give it a go for those two first. I could definitely see the two of them hanging out.

Erika and Fred - Of course, though I was thinking instead of regular friends maybe close friends for these two. Their personalities are quite similar, and they are both outgoing and into a more action-packed lifestyle. Actually, I'm debating between Isa and Fred for being the first person Erika tells about what she found out about RSOR.

evie and breezy: At the moment I don't think anything above aquaintances. They wouldn't know about each other being reincarnated at the moment and so can't bond over that and with the age difference I don't see a very strong friendship here. Although I can see there acquaintance leaning more towards dislike? Breezy's outspoken and would probably say if Evie talked down to her and Evie wouldn't like that.

orestia and breezy: Considering Orestia is set to be finals with Justice I think they would be pretty good friends ^^

Evie and Breezy - I think with these two it will depend on how their first interaction goes. Breezy can take people disagreeing with her, but it all depends on how they go about it. If Evie is demanding and rude about it, then yes, Breezy will speak her mind, and they'll be well on their way toward dislike. However, if Evie is more genial about it (as in, acting more like she just expected it rather than being bitchy and demanding about it), Breezy will be more genial as well. That sort of thing. Think it all depends on the tone of their first meeting. XD

Orestia and Breezy - Breezy thinks that Orestia would fit in perfectly with her crazy family in this life, lol. I think that Breezy and Orestia would make pretty good friends as well.
