As he goes left and you stay right
Between the lines of fear and blame
And you begin to wonder why you came"

Personal Style:
Andrea likes to make sure that she looks presentable, but she doesn't care too much about the recent trends, as many girls her age do. That said, she will often dress in a way considered 'acceptable' by most of her peers. While she could care less for name brands, jeans, t-shirts, and sweaters will likely never go out of style. She hardly wears any make-up, not seeing the point in caking herself all up.
Appearance:
Andrea, at 5'7", stands a bit tall for her age. She likely looks taller to most than she actually is owing to her lanky figure, something that her annoying step-sister has likened to 'Olive Oyl' from Popeye, much to her chagrin. She has straight dirty blonde hair that goes down a few inches past her shoulders, that she will usually wear down.
As far as clothing is concerned, nothing stands out too terribly much about Andrea. She will usually don jeans and perhaps a baby tee or sweater, depending on what time of year it is. It's clear by her clothing that she cares just enough to make sure that she doesn't 'stand out' and get made fun of, but that she doesn't care enough to follow all the fashion trends and buy up all the name brands. She has more important things to worry about than that.
HOPE AND HORROR

Likes: Books, medicine, order, her younger siblings, volunteering, studying the Civil War, chewing gum, warm weather, ketchup, and being in a dorm away from her stepsister
Dislikes: Her anxiety, her stepsiblings, her lack of ability to stand up for herself, snakes, illness, her stuff being moved, bananas, Rebecca Black, and Furbies
Dreams: Overcome her fears
Fears: Her family falling apart more than it already is, standing up for herself, snakes
Habits/Hobbies: Tapping her pencil to help her think, popping her gum, reading, andvolunteering at soup kitchenshelping her mother out at the hospital
Secret(s): She's thought about seeing a therapist for her anxiety issues, but is afraid that the subject of reincarnation might come up, and that she might not be able to keep her mouth shut about it.
Personality:
Quiet - Andrea doesn't usually speak much, unless she's in the midst of a conversation already, or it happens to be about something that she feels passionate about.
Worrywart - This girl tends to worry a lot. Sometimes the worries are legitimate, such as whether or not she'll end up in college. Sometimes, though, she'll worry about the silliest things, such as whether or not the day is going to take a turn for the worst just because she forgot to make sure that her locker was locked and that no one could get inside.
Doormat - Andrea is one of those people who is easy to walk all over. She has a hard time sticking up for herself out of fear of repercussions, yet what she fails to realize is that sometimes the repercussions are a lesser evil than what she actually happens to be putting up with. She is also, in some cases, afraid of retaliation (such as in the case of her stepsiblings).
Helpful - One thing Andrea does do right is helping others. It's clear by her career path in the past life, as well as the road she seems to be headed down in this life that she cares about bettering lives. As such, she tends to be attracted to people who have some sort of issue, whether physical, mental, or something else entirely. Those she cares about she cares about deeply and would do anything for them. The trick, of course, is trying to crack her shell.

History: at least three good paragraphs.
Andrea Rose was the first child born to Rosemary and Paul Watson. Her first few years of life were largely uneventful. The first big event to occur in Andrea's childhood was the birth of her younger brother, Julian, when she was 3. She did not show much interest in the boy at first, though once he was old enough to play she took more interest. Julian and his friends would play war games in the typical fashion that little boys do, and Andrea joined in with fervor, treating the "wounded" off to the side before they ran off giggling to join the action again. It was she who suggested that some of the boys call themselves Union and the others Confederates, though this left Rosemary and Paul to wonder just what kind of school taught about the Civil War in detail to a bunch of second graders.
In Andrea's seventh year, another new addition came to the family in the form of another daughter, Michelle Watson. Julian and Andrea quickly christened their new sister 'Shelly', as it was easier to pronounce. Shelly's birth, however, brought about another change in the Watson household, and a not so pleasant one at that. At first the arguments started off small - Who would take care of the baby, who would take leave from work, etc. They quickly grew into shouting matches, however. Sometimes over major issues, sometimes over things as minor as leaving the refrigerator door open. All that was really obvious to the Watson kids was that their parents weren't getting along. Rosemary and Paul Watson divorced when Andrea was 9.
Other things started to happen when Andrea was nine as well. As the divorce was in proceedings, Andrea worried about being separated from her siblings. So, she prayed every night that at least she and her siblings wouldn't be torn apart like their mother and father were. Fair enough, right? Only as time went on, Andrea's prayers become not so much prayers as nightly rituals that she had to perfect. Each prayer had to be said in the exact same way, with the exact same words. If she messed it up, she would have to do it all over again, or else it didn't count. And she didn't want her family more ripped apart than it already was, did she?
Rosemary Watson was granted full custody of the children, and the family soon move to a town by the name of Riverdale, NC. Rosemary would have the children during the week, and Paul would have them on the weekends. One would think this would alleviate Andrea's fears, but sadly, it did not. With one worry down, her mind simply formulated another one, and another 'coping mechanism' to help her deal with it. She had to count how many M&Ms she ate, for example. Sometimes her coping mechanisms did not even correlate with what she was worried about, but she felt the overwhelming need to do them anyway.
This might cause alarm to most parents, but Andrea was very good at hiding what she was doing. She knew it wasn't normal, and didn't want to give her mother something else to worry about. The only comment that Andrea made after the divorce that did cause Rosemary to do a double take was an incident that occurred at the hospital pharmacy that Rosemary worked at. It was 'take your child to work day', and Andrea was ten. Andrea was busy in the corner reading a book, while Rosemary tended to the flurry of patients entering in to receive their medications. Rosemary was not too worried about her daughter during the course of this - Andrea was usually a quiet girl, content to just sit and read a book. So when she looked over at the empty chair that her daughter was supposed to be sitting at after the afternoon rush dissipated, she was understandably worried. She excused herself with her boss's permission, and ventured out to see where her daughter had gotten to.
The next room over from the pharmacy was a blood drive. This was where Rosemary found her oldest daughter, chatting with a patient on a stretcher. Upon stepping closer, Rosemary was treated to the end of her daughter's explanation to the patient on how the American Red Cross was founded. The patient went to sit up, with Andrea holding out a hand and calmly stating a warning to the man. "Careful, don't sit up too fast," as she handed the man a cup of grape juice. Curious as to where her daughter had gotten this information from, Andrea suddenly looked a little worried, but responded with 'I read it in a book, Mom'. Rosemary accepted the explanation, and that was that. At least, for Rosemary.
Andrea, on the other hand, knew that she hadn't read the information from a book. The reactions of her mother, the man on the stretcher, and the nurses on duty made her realize that simply 'knowing' such a thing was not normal at all, and that there had to be some sort of reason for why she could recall not only how the American Red Cross was founded, but could recall laboring the government to accept the idea, even though they were quite reluctant to do so at first.
The ten year old finally received her answers after doing a bit of research on the subject. She was a kindred spirit to Clarissa Harlowe Barton. In fact, she was more than that. The more she read, the more she realized the truth - She was Clara Barton. She could recall doing everything she read about. The name Clara even brought a small smile to her face. Clara. In her eyes, it was a lot prettier than Andrea.
Andrea expected it to happen one day. Therefore, she was not entirely upset when it did happen. At least, not at first. Her mother started dating a small business owner by the name of Joseph. Joseph seemed nice enough. The only issue with this arrangement was Joseph's two children. It was clear from the get go to Andrea that her future stepsiblings didn't like her, her brother, or her sister very much, but none of Watsons said anything. There was a chance that things might change once Joseph and Rosemary married, right?
Nope. Not at all.
If anything, it got worse. Rosemary and Joseph were rarely in the house, owing to the fact that they were both busy with their careers, and the oldest three children (____, Anabelle, and Andrea) were 14, 13, and 13 respectively. They were old enough to care for themselves for a few hours, and as for the younger kids? Well, latchkey was wonderful.
Andrea was unfortunately forced to share a room with Anabelle at home, which only led to more issues. Andrea had a habit of keeping things a certain way (another trait of her anxiety), and Anabelle would take pleasure in messing things up simply to see Andrea freak out.
___ started at Riverdale High School the year the two families joined, and Andrea and Annabelle joined the ranks soon after. Andrea was thrilled to have a room away from Annabelle. She was still mostly focused on her studies, and remained rather quiet. Still, an incident in the nurse's office in her freshman year at the school caught the interest of a senior by the name of Petra. One lovely investigation and interview later, Andrea's identity as the reincarnation of Clara Barton was revealed to Petra. As such, Andrea was invited to join RSOR. Much to her chagrin, she discovered that ____ was already a member - a reincarnation of the pirate Calico Jack. Great, she couldn't get away from annoying step siblings even in RSOR.
[Figured I wouldn't go into too much detail on the 'incident'...Dee and I can work that out later. ^^]
