Currently, we have a really high number of juniors - 17 - which is at least 5 more than the next leading grade, the seniors, and almost double the tied-for-last freshmen and sophomores. So unless you're making a canon, all juniors; normal or otherwise, are currently banned for now. We all love the juniors, but there are plenty of other grades.
If you're dead set on the age of a junior, a 16 year old sophomore or a 17 year old senior (the former would be even more preferred) do the trick anyways.
