Evie was having a bit of a midlife crisis. Well, obviously not an actual midlife crisis but she was still flapping about, just like the 50 year old men who realise they're getting old and go out to buy a new sports car...okay perhaps not that much. Seriously, was sorting out everything needed for a band really this difficult? There were members, a name...even though she HATED it. There was not a lot she could do about it though - The Guillotines had been put to vote and came out with the majority. Evie spent the next week after that sulking in her dormitory. Evie wasn't being a spilt brat at all. Honest. It was a horrible joke to play on her though, when her past self (Marie Antoinette) was beheaded by a guillotine. Evie still remembered the crowd roaring. She even remembered the second before her death when the blade was let loose to severe her neck. It had made a whoosh noise and then...nothing. That was when her life evidently ended. Thinking of those memories was still too painful for her. Of course there had been happier times with Louis...but then thinking about Louis made her sad too, even though technically she had never met him. Would she ever see or speak to him again?
There was still a lot to do for the band though. One of the main things was too recruit somebody who would take care of all the technical side. Although she couldn't just ask anybody. Firstly they needed to actually be good at setting up equipment and instruments. Then they had to be good at fixing technical stuff if they bust, such as an amp. The only person who she knew off who would be any good at this though was Oliver Winchester. She knew him enough to know that he had been Orville...Redenbacher? Evie was a little confused with his name (it would help if she even knew who he had been!) but she knew that he had taken skills of his past self to this life*
*Which explains why Evie was found to be strolling the grounds. She had been looking for Oliver for almost an hour. She had even skipped class as this was majorly important and she was pretty sure that she would be able to survive without attending one Home Economics class. So far, she had determined that he was not in the school building or by the athletic track. He wasn’t in the parking lot and she was fairly certain that Oliver wasn't the sort of kid who bunked of school. So the grounds were of course the last place for her to look. Now only if he had that damn flying car off his about...that would sure make it easier to track him down. Oliver, unlikely Evie, stayed in for his last class, though as he sat in class he sorely wished that he could have skipped. Spanish was by far his worst class, and he struggled to learn the language. Tutoring by Isa was helping moderately, but the fact was that he had a hard time picking up languages. English, both the English he grew up with during his first life and modern English, were easy. Throw French, Spanish, or German at him and he'd be struggling for days. Yes, Echo...or, well, Bruce, had taught him a few words in Cantonese at the wax museum, but a few words would hardly help him to survive in China. Finally, Spanish let out and Oliver was free to wander around and do what he pleased. However, this posed a question - Now that he had his freedom, what was he going to do with it? He could go back to his dorm, but he wasn't sure if Darwin or Wilbur (Xelios and Nate, really, but why refer to them by their current names when it was easier to use their past names? Especially in the case of his brother) would be there. Oftentimes he didn't mind a little bit of time to himself, but right now he needed entertainment and he was not sure how he would get it in his dorm. He was halfway down the hall toward the stairs when the idea came to him. He ran up to his dorm quickly to grab a coat (as expected, neither of his roommates were there), and then headed outside, where fresh air greeted him. As it was January, a chilly breeze greeted him as well, but he'd come prepared - He'd spent time in North Carolina in a winter climate in his past life, and he knew what to expect to some extent. He headed over a spot far away from any windows or doors, but still not too far away from the school. Then he placed his backpack on the ground, kneeling down to dig through it. He retrieved what looked to be an ordinary remote control car, along with its corresponding remote control. He proceeded to place the car on the concrete near him, and pressing a few buttons on the control, began to drive it around. He partook in this activity for a few moments, before taking a glance at his surroundings. After deeming the coast clear, he proceeded to press another button on the remote control, thus allowing wings to shoot out from the little slits he'd cut in the side of the car. A few other design modifications surfaced when he pressed this button as well, and the car looked as though it had been through a makeover...or was a Transformer. Oliver grinned at the sight and began to steer the car again, only this time it did not make it's trek on the concrete. This time, it curved upward into the air. Soon, Oliver's attention was entirely on the car rather than his surroundings. A nuclear bomb might have exploded in the distance and not disturbed Oliver. Well, perhaps that was a bit of an exaggeration, but the expression on Oliver's face showed clear as day that he was passionate about what he was doing. This was not simply a fourteen year old flying around a little model plane for fun. Oh yes, he was having fun, but he was also furrowing his brow, looking contemplative as he watched every motion that the little flying car took. Had he not been preoccupied with the controls, he might have even jotted a few things down in a notebook. As it was, he planned to tell Wilbur about the results of this test later... At least, that was his original thought before the swerving car passed narrowly by a blonde girl's head. Oliver fiddled with the controls, flying the car back to him at once. "I'm sorry, I...I didn't see you approaching." Oliver felt uncomfortable with being caught off guard. He bent down to stash the car back into his backpack, turning up to face the blonde once more. He knew her, to some extent. Her name was Evie, she, too, was a reincarnate (of Marie Antoinette, specifically), and happened to be in the same grade and decent friends with his sister. He zipped up his backpack and rose to his feet before speaking once again. "What brings you out here?" He did not know, at this point, that she was looking for him specifically. Just as Evie was thinking about a sign to make finding Oliver just that little bit more easier, she spotted a small toy car hover, about 20 feet from where she was standing. And funnily enough, that sign was what she had just been hoping to see. Maybe there was such thing as Higher Power. He must of known how much she was struggling to find Oliver. Well that was somebody else who would be getting a signed t shirt. She let these thoughts amuse her for a second whilst she walked over towards where Oliver was playing (or testing, although Evie didn't know this just yet) with the flying car. Just as she approached him, the car suddenly flew in her direction at her head. It narrowly missed her, but not before Evie moved her head quickly to avoid being hit by it for the second time this week. Wow, did it have some sort of vendetta against her?!
"Ron Weasley called...he wants his Flying Ford Anglia back." She grinned at him, hoping that he had read or at least watched the Harry Potter film with said car. Otherwise she'd just look like a complete dweeb. She was about to voice how long it had taken her to find him, but he beat her to the punch when he asked her what she was doing out here. "Looking for you funnily enough." She waited until the car was safely back in Oliver's backpack (she didn't want to risk it going for her again) and then carried on. "I have a proposition for you. I'm in need of someone with a bit of technical experience to help out with the band. You know, setting things up, fixing stuff if they break down. All that jazz. The only person I know with even a bit of skill is you and I thought you might be interested."
Evie waited for Oliver to give her an answer. She really hoped that he would say yes. Otherwise she would be back to square 1 and she couldn't think of anyone else at the school who would be willing to lend a hand. That would mean going elsewhere, which would mean more money. That thought made Evie a little nervous. What would she do if she couldn't play a bit of poker at a party? How would she even buy a bottle of Jack Daniel's for said party?! Although of course, she would never admit these worries to anybody - not even to Chelsea. She would barely admit them to herself, and even then she didn't think that she had some sort of addiction. She knew very well that when she was Marie Antoinette, she enjoyed the feeling of splashing her money on lavish clothes and expensive champagne. She had just bought that feeling through to this life, that's all.
Evie suddenly remembered that Oliver was standing in front of her and she waiting for an answer. She decided to sweeten the deal a little. Anything to avoid going out partying all night. "Of course, we'll pay you well. And I can get you free gig tickets for you and your friend's when you want them." Word count: 577 Tags: Rooooon Rooooon! Ron Weasley! Oliver felt genuinely bad for the near miss situation that just occurred. Hence why he was packing up his car for the time being. Evie nearly wound up as a casualty to this experiment twice, and he wasn't entirely sure that he wanted to perform it around her anymore. In addition, he wasn't even sure if his brother knew that he was participating in as many experiments as he truly was. He would soon find out, of course. The freshman grinned at Evie's first comment. Of course he'd read Harry Potter. What teenager or young adult in the 21st century had not? Even Bonnie freakin' PARKER participated in a discussion about Harry Potter. So yes, Oliver was quite aware of the reference that Evie was making...and proceeded to let out a few chuckles. "This Ron Weasley fellow has a flying Ford Anglia? Tell him that Wilbur and Orville Wright would like to have a few words with him." He responded to the blonde with another large grin to show that he was indeed joking, and that the joke hadn't gone over his head. It helped to loosen the air a bit, which he had to admit was very much needed after nearly flying something into Evie's face... again. Least she didn't seem too phased by it? Oliver was taken aback when Evie admitted to looking for him. What on Earth would she be looking for him for? It wasn't as though they were close friends, or even friends for that matter (at least as far as Oliver knew). They were both in RSOR, and did share a few mutual friends, but that was about the extent of it, or so Oliver thought. Instead, Evie offered him a job. He knew from his sister that Evie was in a band - The Guillotines. Oliver could not help but cringe when he put two and two together on that one. A band called The Guillotines, fronted by Marie Antoinette. It seemed a bit cruel, but Oliver figured that her band mates could not possibly know how cruel it actually was, at least at the time. If they had...well, Evie might want to start looking out for some new band mates. Yet, as he thought about it, he did find a bit of dark humor in the matter, perhaps as a result of one too many Wright puns thrown his way. Oliver did not have to put too much thought toward the matter. He needed the money. He did make some money through playing Mr. Fix-It for Hayden, but even the money he saved up from helping out Hayden barely covered Christmas gifts for his friends and family. This sounded as though it would be a steady job, and he was most definitely interested. "I think I might be able to help out." His mind was made up before she even presented the offer for money and free tickets. Oliver had to admit that he was curious as to what Evie's band sounded like. He had a feeling that she would not be playing his type of music, but why not give it a try? Maybe he could take Lenita to one of the concerts on a date. "What all do you need done?" Obviously he would be playing Mr. Fix-It again when equipment broke, but what else was on the agenda? In all honesty, Oliver did not want to be relegated to only fixing things in this life. He enjoyed working with machinery, but he enjoyed building machinery that much more. He liked making things, to see what he could do with various materials in front of him. He and Wilbur had started out repairing bikes, but eventually grew bored with it and had to start making their own. At this point, however, it looked as though he would have to get his jollies from helping out Evie and Hayden, and working on the remote control cars as a side project. At least he was satisfying his curiosity to some extent this way. "Also, when do you want me to start?" Word count: 707 To: Ali/Evie Notes: XD

It was quite extraordinary to watch evie not even freak out a little at nearly being hit in the head AGAIN. Usually, the fact that she a Queen made her temper flare up at any slight injustice against her. Surely this was one of those times. Evie remained pretty leveheaded, which probably showed just how eager she was to talk to Oliver.
"Well yeah, although were not actually supposed to know about it. All that secrecy about the Wizarding World and shit" Evie grins back at him but then a confused look appears on her face at the mention of the names Orville and Wilbur Wrights. "Who?" she managed before she could stop it from blurting out of her mouth. She was pretty sure she knew the Orville name. Although it wasn't ringing clear to her just yet. Now she was pretty sure that she hadnt heard of the name Wilbur. So all in all, Evie didn't feel that rude for asking.
Evie's thoughts suddenly went blank when Oliver agreed to help her and the band out. "Yay! Thank you!!" Evie went to give him a hug but she didn't know him that well and thought that that would be pretty awkward for her, not to mention for him. So she stuck to throwing her hand out for Oliver to shake. She was about to dismiss herself when Oliver asked her a couple of questions. Firstly what else was there to be done. Evie actually hadn't thought of that bit. What COULD he do when they're was nothing to fix. On one side, she knew he'd be pretty damn bored. On the other hand, she didn't want to pay a wage when they're was nothing in return for her. "Well...We need someone to spread the word around and stuff. Possibly help out with set designs. Just little odd jobs here and there. Don't get me wrong, its nothing like actual work. It'll be fun!" Evie grinned at him hoping that her lousy response wasn't going to put him off. He then proceeded to ask when she would want him to start. She had to have another quick ponder at this before she could give him an answer. "Well we haven't got any gigs this week. We practise every Sunday night though. Your welcome to come to that and then we can sit down and give you more details about pay and holidays and....stuff" Even Evie thought that sounded way lousy. Talking to Evie was easier than he expected. More than likely, this was due to their talking one on one with each other, and the fact that Evie was being quite civil. Oliver grinned as the jokes about Ron Weasley continued. However, he was quick to frown at her next words. He couldn't help himself. He'd already introduced himself and here she was, asking who he was. Well, to be fair, she was referring to his past self, but he'd given her that information too. Little did he know that she was more asking the question about his brother than himself, but the fact remained that he was just a tad annoyed at being asked this question when he'd already explained it to her once before. Nevertheless, he tried to remain patient - After all, she was offering him a job, and besides, the comment seemed harmless in nature. It wasn't her fault that she didn't know about him - She'd lived in a different time before. "The Wright Brothers. Invented the airplane." Oliver tried to explain casually. He then surreptitiously glanced around, to make sure there were no normals in hearing distance. "My brother and I," He further explained, again trying to keep an even tone, but a light annoyance still crept through. Fortunately the subject changed to something less awkward, and Evie looked nothing less than thrilled that he was agreeing to help her out. She threw out a hand, and Oliver met her hand with his own right hand. They shook on the matter, thus sealing the deal. "So work on advertising and such?" Oliver pondered at this. Upon first glance, this activity did not seem very technical in nature. However, it very well could be construed as such, especially if one were to use various computer programs to design the advertisements. "Will and I copied an advertisement for our bicycle shop in the style of a test that disappeared from the local high school...maybe we could do that?" A mischievous grin spread across his face. Typically one who did not know him could not figure out at first that Oliver was in fact a huge fan of practical jokes. He tended to be quiet and more reserved with those he was first meeting (especially with those outside of RSOR), but around those that he knew he loved to joke around. The fact that he was sharing a prank idea with Evie meant that he was growing more comfortable around her, which was a plus. "Wouldn't mind hiding the actual tests and replacing those tests with the advertisements...it would be harmless, since the real tests would still be hanging around, perhaps hidden in a drawer somewhere, but there would be a great advertising opportunity, either if the teacher doesn't notice and hands the tests out, or if they do notice and read the advertisement out loud." It was quite amusing to picture a teacher's look of horror as he/she realized that they had not handed out the Chemistry test they thought they had, but rather an advertisement for a concert being played by a band that a few students at the school had formed. Though as he thought about it, he began to see the downfall of such an activity. "Though with it being an advertisement for The Guillotines, they'd likely be able to trace it back to you and your bandmates, which I doubt you want." Oliver sighed. It had seemed like such a great idea at first, but when thinking about it, Oliver could see the definite flaws in the idea. It would be a blast to carry through, but the aftermath was less than desirable. He continued to think of advertisements ideas as Evie proceeded to invite him to the next band practice. "Thanks. I'll see if I can drop by." Chances were that he could, of course, but he didn't want to fully commit just yet when something else might come up. He was also a bit nervous at the prospect of meeting her band mates, especially if they were normals...his entire body seemed to tighten at this thought. Evie knew straight away that she had annoyed Oliver by the look on his face. She wasn't surprised - he had only told her about his past life a mere few days ago. Although she could also tell that he was only annoyed at her not remembering him. The brother Wilbur hadn't been mentioned as far as she could remember. Now that Oliver mentioned it though it clicked back into place and she finally knew exactly what was going on. She grimmaced at him in apology. "I'm sorry, I've annoyed you havent I? I've never been very good with names" Which was actually very truthful on her part. It had taken her a few weeks to remember Chelsea's last name, and she still had a slip of memory often.
Thinking about it though, if someone kept getting Evie's...well not real name but past name wrong she'd be pretty damn annoyed too. Actually, annoyed wouldn't even cover it. Evie would sulk. And she could sulk for up to a week if something in particular had annoyed her. And that would be one of those times. Evie wasn't the type to pay much attention in lessons that didn't interest her and American History was a prime example of that. It made sense that she was having a hard time remembering a name that had come up in one of these lessons with the attitude she had. And not only did she not pay much attention, her memory was extremely shoddy at times. Chelsea could certainly vouch for that, with the amount of keys Evie had lost to get into the dorms. Endless times Evie had had to call Chelsea to come and let her in. All in all, if Evie's head was'nt screwed on properly, she would probably lose that by the lunchtime bell.
"Yep. Don't worry, I'm not expecting you to be a groupie or anything..." Evie chuckled to herself but then tried to get back to the Professional Evie personality. She grinned at Oliver's idea. At first, she wasn't quite sure what he meant by involving high school tests. As he went into a better explanation of his idea, Evie's mind was already clicking into place and thinking of possible classes with the most students who were more likely to be interested to hit. "That would be awesome! Lets do it! I bet you $20 that me and the guys will end up in a weeks worth of detentions!" Evie was obviously thinking along the same lines as Oliver about what would happen after the initial prank. Unlike Oliver though, the thought made Evie want to go through with this idea even more. She was pretty sure that the guys wouldn't mind the labour that they would inevitably do for 'stealing' the tests. It was totally worth it though. That would certainly grab a bit of attention.
She could tell that he seemed to be a little nervous at the thought of getting together with the rest to talk properly to Oliver about the job. "Don't worry, they're cool guys. If I can put up with them..." She trailed off and smiled. Although Oliver didn't know her very well, Evie had a reputation at Riverdale of being a bit of a wild child. It would probably make more sense for Oliver to have to put up with Evie. If she wasn't in a good mood, then the rest of the band would be on the receiving end of her tantrums. If she wasn't at least a little tipsy, she was completely drained and hungover. There was no middle ground for Evie. For example at the moment, Evie was in a good mood (and now an even better one with Oliver accepting the job) but she pretty hungover. Something that could probably be picked up on by the fact that she still smelt of whisky slightly and her skin colour was a lot paler than usual* Word count: 711 Tags: Mandee/Oliver Thoughts: I NEED to start rambling a bit XD

The first thing Evie did was apologize for forgetting his name. Oliver felt a bit ashamed of himself for letting Evie see that he was annoyed with her. He thought he'd done a decent job of hiding it, but apparently he was wrong about that one. "It's no big deal...I just met you a few days ago." Of course, he'd likely been brought up in one of her history or science classes at least once, but he was guilty of not paying attention in his classes as well, especially if he had something else on his mind. So he was understanding of her plight, more understanding that she probably thought, but it was also natural to be just a little annoyed. Go figure. Oliver laughed at Evie's comment as well. "Good, because that isn't really my style at all. Although I'll probably come to at least one concert with my girlfriend on a date, if free tickets are involved." He'd never been to a concert, in either life. To be fair, concerts in his past life weren't really what concerts were in 21st century language. Nevertheless, he figured that if someone was offering an invitation for a free concert, he'd accept it. He would enjoy i with Lenita there, whether he liked the music or not. And if he liked the music? That would just be an added bonus. The freshman was taken aback with how eager Evie was to go forward with the test idea. He didn't know her that well, so he had yet to realize how much she'd be willing to sacrifice for her band. Evidently, though, she had a decent sense of humor and was willing to forgo detention. Oliver could not help but smirk. He was growing excited as well. He was not hesitant to go through with idea because of himself, after all, but rather because he didn't want to get Evie and her bandmates needlessly into trouble. However, with her willingness to cooperate...the plan could possibly turn out to be a success. Provided that no one recognized the similarities between this and an advertising scheme hatched by the Wright Cycle Company in 1896. But what were the chances of that? "Well, if you're willing to put up with the consequences...I'd say we should go for it. Any ideas of what you want on the advertisement?" Oliver was almost itching to get started on this right away. He wasn't 100% sure that he'd be able to type up the best advertisement in the world, but he could certainly handle the layout, and the printing. Plus he wanted to see the fruits of their labor blossom into fruition. He wanted to see the look on the teacher's face when they realized what was happening. He bit his lip as he realized that this was, in fact, highly unlikely, as Evie and The Guillotines would likely target their advertisement toward older students who could find it easier to afford gig tickets with their own money than younger students who still earned most of their income from money that their parents sent. "Also any ideas on who you want to target? What teacher?" Oliver relaxed a bit as Evie reassured him that her bandmates were 'cool guys'. Oliver wasn't sure what to think, but at least this comment served to assuage him for now. Really, they might be cool guys to her, but who knew how they'd react when a strange freshman boy entered their practice area? He almost pondered bringing Lenita with him just so that he'd have some company. Word count: 611 To: Ali/Evie Notes: Little bit shorter now. XD

Evie's ears pricked up a little at Oliver's comment about there being free tickets and asking his girlfriend to the gig. If he was willing to bring somebody with him (who was probably easy enough to convince, as they were 'together') then perhaps he would be willing enough to convince some of his other friends to come along. And Lenita for that matter. Wow...if he would do this for her then boy did she have a job ahead of her of convincing the owners of the gig halls to part with so many free tickets just like that. Honestly, Evie didn't really have to go through with this idea to advertise The Guillotines to the student body. The people she knew were already walking advertisements by their own right, herself included. All was needed was a nudge here and there. So far, people actually interested in the music and friends of the members of the band were the people attending but Evie knew that if she wanted more people turning up and more people hearing about it then a prank like this was a pretty good idea. Even if people in said class was not interested, the story was likely to be around the school by the end of the day, thus pushing some of the more curious students to come along and see for themselves. "Well we need the name, a little bit of information as to when and where the next gig is...it would be cool if we could leave an air of mystery to it. But how could we do that?" Evie was willing to let Oliver put all of his ideas forward aswell. After all, he was now an important part of the band too. After all, if something broke just before they were about to go on stage...well that would be embarassing. Evie was having a hard time coming up with anything anyway, and Oliver seemed to have a creative streak in him. She wouldn't have thought of switching test papers with an advert. She was actually pretty impressed with Oliver's attitude. She'd already had him figured out to be a bit of a goody goody. She was quite wrong on that one. He then asked for what teacher she'd want to hit. Evie thought. Who would be the most pissed off and make a huge deal out of it? She certainly knew that her calculus teacher Mr Varner was a complete tool. He would be perfect. And even better, they had a maths coming up in the next week. "Oh Mr Varner deffinetly. I once got him so angry that when he slammed his fist down onto my desk, he left a dent on the side. It's still here to this day." Evie had always been proud for being the only student who had almost caused Mr Varner's midlife crisis. She was still waiting for him to turn up to school one day in a brand new flash porchse with a 20 year younger, blonde and big breasted babe on his arm. Evie was still having fond memories of this glorious day when she suddenly realised a downside to this plan. She didn't care about school, but that didn't mean that no one else did. She quickly voiced this to Oliver, so he knew where she stood on how far she wanted to disrupt the class. "We have to be careful though. I might not give a damn about calculus and school but there's people in their who have worked so hard and I don't want to go and ruin that for them" Evie nodded to herself after saying this. Evie may have a bit of a tough shell to crack, but she was not at all uncaring. Whether she knew people well or not, she still wanted to look out for people, whatever their opinion on her was. "Perhaps we can go to the computer room and look at some designs? Unless you need to be somewhere" She had just realised that she had held Oliver up a lot longer than she was supposed to. Hopefully he didn't have a class or a social call that he was late for because of her. Word count: 741 Tags: Oliver/Mandee Listening to: Chop and change - The Black Keys Thoughts: FINALLY POSTED! Oliver was not going to take too much advantage of the free tickets thing. He knew that Evie was only offering it as a courtesy, and he knew full well what it was like to have a business of his own. If he and his brother had given away free bicycles to everyone they knew, they wouldn't have made a profit! Oliver wasn't the best with the business aspect of things (in fact, he would often let paperwork sit for months because he grew bored with the red tape aspect, preferring to work with his hands), but he knew that much. Though Evie was the front of a band, it was still a business of sorts, after all. "An air of mystery to it? Obviously we'd have to include when and where it is...that doesn't, however, mean that we have to advertise what it is. We could just say something along the lines of 'the event of the century will occur here'. Leave it open for interpretation, and then let their curiosity lead them. That's one way to do the 'air of mystery' thing, though I'm sure there's more."Oliver let out snort as Evie wasted no time naming the teacher that she wanted to target for this prank advertisement. He'd never had the teacher himself, and thus he could only assume that it was a junior or senior level class, but that didn't bother Oliver. It sounded as though this guy needed a bit of loosening up anyway. "What does he teach?" That would help them figure out what subject style to put the questions in. Oliver nodded when Evie mentioned keeping other students in the class in mind. "Well really, if he's at all fair, he shouldn't blame the entire class for it. Plus, if he traces it back to anyone, he should just trace it back to you and your bandmates...and possibly me." Oliver honestly didn't know how the teacher would trace it back to him, especially as he didn't even really know Mr. Varner, but he had to consider it as a possibility. He could still remember his adventures with Miss Jennings in his past life, and how he had the misfortune of having her as a teacher twice - in 8th and 9th grades. She'd made him sit in the front of the classroom so that she could keep an eye on him. Little did she know that in 8th grade, he and a friend of his, Ed Sines, had almost printed up an article about her in a school newspaper they were working on. 'Miss Jennings, and her essay on the Inherent Wickedness of Schoolchildren'. Oliver still made a face at the thought of Miss Jennings. He'd already had to deal with her twice. A strange thought came into his head at this, causing him to let loose a few chuckles. What if he were at some point taught by Miss Jennings reincarnated? Obviously she didn't fit the typical roster, but it was still an interesting thought. "I had a teacher like that...made me sit in the front of the classroom two years straight." He shook his head, showing his disapproval of this. He could be shy when it came to public attention, yes, but when he and his best friend were in a class together, and were both targeted by the teacher, they'd decided to have a bit of fun with it. Who could blame them? Besides, they had each other as back up. "The computer room sounds like a good idea. Although, if we can, maybe we should find an area that's a bit more secluded? I could go grab my laptop, or if you have one, you could grab yours, and then we pretty much have free reign. Plus we don't have to worry about bringing something up in front of others that might be construed as suspicious..." Oliver didn't know about Evie, but when he was in the presence of other reincarnates, he preferred to be able to talk openly with them. He wasn't sure if being able to talk openly about their past lives would help any with the advertising process, but Oliver certainly didn't want to block it out as a possibility. So he waited to hear what Evie had to say. Word count: 744 To: Ali/Evie Notes: Yay! It's up! Sorry it took so long. XD
