THE BALL RULES
1. Like said IC, this is a formal event for characters; make sure they have something.
2. ICing the ball only will occur on the 23rd.
3. Threads for the ball go in the gym, obviously.
4. Just due to the whole air of things...the punch shall not be spiked. xD Sorry Natalia. But they'd probably watch any refreshments like hawks due to the visiting school.*
5. This will go very similar to the Halloween dance in the effect that the rest of the school will not be open to people wandering, just the ways from the dorms to the gym (either the wrong door or the dorm-school entrances) during the dance.
*The visiting school, Eastwood High, is the other high school in Riverdale. It's a low-budget, run down, not a good all around school that typically doesn't like the Riverdale kids (particularly anything to so with RSOR, which some know exists but not why/how/what); the ball is a shared effort by teachers of both schools. You can NPC them a bit, or ignore them altogether. They would be a minority at the ball anyways, but yeah.
