Since it's founding in 1800 by Jonah Belmont, Belmont Academy has been a place for misunderstood and wayward youth, it doubles as both a boarding and reform school. In the small town of Lehigh in New York, the locals have come to accept the children sent to the school in ways they aren't in the real world.
