It is the year 1980. The first wizarding war is at its height. The greatest dark wizard of the age, Lord Voldemort and his followers known as the Death Eaters are spreading fear and panic around the country in their quest to unlock the secrets of immortality and purify the wizarding race. In order to achieve their ultimate goal and conquer the world with dark magic, they murder and torture both Muggles and wizards who stand in their way. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Magic, along with a secret society the Order of the Phoenix, founded by Hogwarts Headmaster Albus Dumbledore, continues to oppose the dark forces and resist their attacks. The Dark Lord, however, seems to be invincible.
Even the bravest ones were beginning to lose hope, when a prophecy was made.The prophecy referred to a boy who had the power to defeat the Dark Lord. The boy, born at the end of July to parents who had directly defied Voldemort on three separate occasions and survived, would be chosen by Voldemort himself.
There are two boys that met the requirements of the prophecy: Harry, born on July 31 to Lily and James Potter and Neville, born on July 30 to Alice and Frank Longbottom.
Who will be the chosen one, half-blood Harry Potter or pure-blood Neville Longbottom? Will the Dark Lord finally be stopped? Whose side will you take? Where does your loyalty lie?
