i feel like i should explain what's up with me lately. i haven't been on a lot, but that's because life is getting in the way. i expected second semester to be a lot easier, and especially after my initial scholarship deadline of march 3rd was over, but that hasn't been the case. i haven't had a single weekend free in i don't know how long, and that's usually when i get most of my replies out. track started last week, so i've been at practice after school every day. it only goes until five-ish, but one of my best friends has been going through a lot of.. stuff... lately, and i've been spending a lot of time with him after practice. then by the time i get home, it's homework, which i rarely even completely finish before i head to bed. there's been so many papers and projects shot my way and my last semester of high school is not as fun as i thought it would be. i also have another wave of scholarships due april 1st and i'm not done, so over the next week, when i have free time, they're my main focus. as of right now, thursday and friday night are open this week, which makes them most likely scholarship nights but i might sneak in a post or two. sunday.. sunday is also a possible post day. once it hits summer, well, i'm planning on having a part-time job so i still won't be on nonstop. however, i'll shut up now and put this in a readable manner, track meets included.

don't forget track practice 'till five or longer every other week night, and my friends and i come up with random shenanigans a lot and since it's my last year to do this with them... well, i rarely say no.

also, in spite of this all... i'm making it sound worse than it is. i'll still be around. and knowing me, i'm a procrastinator. a night that should be spent on homework and a full night's sleep may equal, once in a while, a post or two and then staying up until two doing half of my homework. so have no fear, i'll be around... (:
