Perhaps it was a good thing that Oliver had made this trek before.
He could not recall if Kimaya had ever mentioned where her dorm was located, but he'd been there before, as a guest of her roommate, Isabella. The dorm room had been the very place that he'd been made an official member of the RSOR - And, ironically, the place where Kimaya would likely receive the same fate.
Oliver wasn't there to initiate her membership to the RSOR. That was Isabella's job. He would have certainly risen to the challenge if he had the authority, but he wasn't even sure if he was an official recruiter at this point. Kimaya was his first recruitment, so it felt as though if he failed at this, he would fail at the test and not earn the spot. No pressure at all, really.
Instead, Oliver came with a folder from science class. He and Kimaya were partners, and thus he decided to drop by under the pretense that they were to work on a project that was assigned in the class together. It was not an entire lie - They did have a project to work on. A project that suited his interests just fine - They were to make a creative design for a rat trap that incorporated as many simple machines as possible. This part was easy. Oliver had already thrown something together for that. He had not just come up with a design, but he was already in the process of building the thing! Poor Kimaya didn't stand much of a chance when it came to getting in a word edgewise with Oliver's inventions, for when he got into something, he got into it. Fortunately, that wasn't his primary reason for dropping by Room 510.
Kimaya Waldor was the reincarnation of Anne Frank, Oliver and Isabella were almost certain of it. Or, rather, the reincarnated Orville Wright and Jehanne D'Arc were almost certain of it. How would Kimaya react when she discovered that not only was her science partner a reincarnate, but her roommates as well? That she and Oliver weren't the only ones with memories from not just this lifetime, but a previous one?
Oliver/Orville planned to broach the subject at some point during this meeting. He didn't want Isabella to have to do all of the work herself, after all. He'd dropped a load of hints earlier, but he doubted it was enough for Kimaya to put everything together. These hints were more to provide a sense of amusement for himself, a private joke that only he and a few others could get, as he could not come out and tell her that he was a reincarnate, and what RSOR was about. He'd managed to tell her everything short of that, however.
She'd seen his sketchbook. He'd been able to tell by the look on her face that she knew something was...off about him. He planned to use that to his advantage. Just as he'd been able to tell something was off about her. To be fair, vastly detailed drawings of old airplanes by a fourteen year old would strike even a normal as odd, not just a fellow reincarnate. Oliver was almost positive that was what she was, though. Too many comments seemed to confirm this. Not to mention, he'd done a bit of research on Anne Frank after Isabella mentioned her suspicions. Like he suspected, Anne Frank had an older sister, much like the one Kimaya had 'pretended' she had when she was a kid. The kicker, though, was Kimaya's stories about a Jewish girl in the 1930s. The description, of course, fit Anne Frank to a tee. Plus, all of the comments about feeling as though she was supposed to be born in a different time. Part of this was for his amusement, yes, but part of it was also a test. A test that she'd passed with...pardon the pun...flying colors.
He was caught up in his thoughts, and thus did not recognize at first that he was already standing in front of the door to Room 510. Who could blame him, though, when he had this sort of thing on his mind? He'd brought his sketchbook along with the science papers again, just as a backup. If she started to doubt him, or freak out, he could always show her the pictures again. It had worked once before, why not try it again?
Oliver knocked on the door to Room 510. "Kimaya? It's Oliver. I've got the papers for our science project here..."[/color] He figured that sounded innocent enough.

Notes: Was bored and figured I could get this started. Also figure that if you have a starter, you can still use it, though possibly add to it a bit to incorporate Oliver's knock on the door in there.
